    :0) she is gorgeous with those arms. i guess sometimes, people just have them :0( h2b has amazing arms, yet he doesnt do anything with them!

    Tiara, that's exactly what I'm aiming for. How do you reckon she does it? Cause I'm starting to look like a fat weightlifter.

    i am sure you are not. do u do those painful arm exercises at the gym? i hate doing the tricep dips, but i always tell myself, they work, they work! lol oh dear. i better go and die in body attack now. enjoy the gym :-)

    body attack cancelled!!! i was so annoyed esp as i had to force myself to go. this woman was there to replace the class and she was useless. we just did some aerobics. bah. well at least i got a bit of a work out! :0( might have to do something tomorrow then. hehe

    I am 100% sure you do not look like a fat weightlifter!
    Are your arms bulking up too much? In which case I would suggest using lighter weights or doing less repitions. Is there anyone at the gym who could advise you on the best types of weight exercises to do?

    thats a good point Tiara reg the arms. i just do my bit in body pump and thats it. hmm more work needed for me i think..

    Haha you lot overestimate the gym I use. Anyway, went down and did 30 minutes of running, then abs, rowing and weights for another 30 minutes. I think I'm slightly disadvantaged by my hormonal sensitivity - I think its contributing to the bulk. Anyway, using the 2nd lightest free weights in there. The lightest don't give me a workout. Hopefully its transitional bulk and I don't end up looking like HHH.

    Ooh Rups, are we loving heel Christian? Sorry about the class being cancelled, but I guess some Cardio is better than none.

    I have total heartburn. I'm eating for fuel. Not hungry at all. Must be dying!

    yes heel christian. :-) love it at the mo, esp with those different story lines! haha. Christian reminds me of my H2B. he doesnt think so. lol. watched a bit of that new indian guy and dont like that story at all!!!

    Hehe can I borrow him?

    Not keen on the great khali (sp) storyline, usually forward through that, but I like the Daniel Brian, sin cara pairing, especially as Daniel Brian wears my wedding colour scheme.

    does he? is it red and ?? nah dont like that khali story at all and nope u cant borrow my h2b. hehe just joking.. :0) i love the stuff sin cara does but i hate that guy chavo? eww his entrance music makes me go ewwww. Miz comes on quite a lot now, exp with Alex Riley. All of a sudden I like Alex. lol
