I am def up for that as dont want to start going mad. A guy at the gym who wrote me a program said that, i should try 30 mins on the treadmill (boring!!!) and try it in intervals! so will try that today. feel weird as firstly am not a runner and secondly , i dont want to wear my new shoes. haha

I found my dress on Friday :j:j:j

They ordered the size that I tried on, it was about an inch too small arounf the hip/bum area. It all did up and fitted but they said it would fall perfectly if I lost that inch. I then proceeded straight to the pub, i do not pass go before I went for a mexican takeaway and spent the whole weekend eating yummy food, drinking booze and steering well clear of any physical activity.

Ho hum - new week new start and all that, went to the gym last night but might have had a twix when i got in, ooopsey!

Must get thin, must get thin, must get thin......

lol yeah me too. i have the SAME issue with my dress. congrats on finding the dress mayfair. its exciting isnt it? :0)

I have to lose a little bit on my hips too but i dont think i have so far.. hmmm

My dress was an inch too small in the waist. Shred Dvd will sort it out and if not, magic knickers.

It's blimmin exciting, I only tried 3 on was in and out in an hour the sales assistance couldn't believe her luck, but it really is true, when it's THE dress you know.

Im not too worried about it, it will continue to diet because I want to wear a bikini on honeymoon without anyone calling the local zoo to say the elephant has escaped so I will loose it, it won't be an issue. I fear that weekends will always be an issue though, i'm far too much of a foodie and far too lazyon Saturday and Sunday. And Friday night. And Monday morning. lol.

On that note, I have exhausted my low fat dinner ideas so if anyone has anything yummy please feel free to inspire me. It has to be something that OH would eat too so nothing too salad or veg heavy. He's bored of Fajitas!

Oh and I can't do the shred DVD, we live in a top floor flat and downstairs think that the ceiling is caving in if i do an excercise dvd, bless them, they came up to check I was okay last time, they tought we might have been having a punch up!

Heh I remember years ago a friend of mine went to a posh ball and was wearing magic pants. She got lucky (and hugely drunk) and went back to his room, but obviously she didn't want him to see the pants, so she went to the bathroom. She was in there for half an hour trying to get them off and eventually had to call him to help her.

Hahahaha that made me laugh so much that a guy in here asked why i was laughing. :0) I do that with h2b as i hate him even knowing i am wearing them. lol. the things we have to do hey? .

That was funny about the punch up too mayfair. i think i can jump about. its just getting them. oh still havent tried that bhangra dvd yet. oops.. I do agree about being able to wear a bikini. i have never worn one but i am soo conscious of my belly that i am not sure i want to but for a honeymoon esp. everyone should!! we can do it.

off to try a 'first' run now. haha.. i am the elephant in regents park not you mayfair. :0)
