Haha I bought h2b a miz tshirt for his birthday.

lol i love that song. sometimes i like randy and sometimes he scares me with those eyes.. hes so well built though. hmm nice. haha.
i m glad imanaged to convince h2b to name our tables after kung fu stars, otherwise he was quite happy to go with a wrestling theme!! good lord!

left to his own devices we'd have wrestling tables. HBK, Steve Austin, the rock, the phenomenal AJ styles and so on. Instead we're naming them for places we've been, like the name of the pub where we had our first date, the first film we saw together.

My arms are sore. Obviously a good workout.

yay! well done on the arms work!!!:0) what did you do again? I need my abs gone. I did something in that class today so tomorrow iwill have to go home and do some crunches or something! had soup (carrot and corriander) with 2 pieces of Ryvita and my tummys been feeling weird all afternoon, like i am hungry or not? if you know what i mean.. i want to have some fruit now and want to go home. haha

Arm workout is reps of bicep curls with lunges, then squats and lifting weights, concentration curls, tricep dips, tricep kicks, chest presses, and pushups of the girly knee on floor variety, using 4kg weights.

I pity those at the slumdog millionaire table.

The clock on my pc is 15 minutes fast. I thought it was 5pm. Gutted now.

I've finally had an okay day

b - HM banana smoothie
l - ham salad with hummus
d - 2 chicken fajitas with salad, 1 HM shortbread biscuit with raspberries

Could have been better, but definitely much better than recent days

Ugh- a week off work and I fall ill! This means that I just want to eat and eat, but have managed to be quite good so far! Can't promise it will last though!
