Morning all, How was everyone's weekends?
Hope you are better codemonkey and slowfading, i had such a bad weekend (with food) that i dont even know what to say? :-(
well done ellay on your dress trying. so pleased for you and a size 10 dress!! wow!! :0) well done.. JO hope you enjoyed your stir fry. :0)
well this morning, i went straight to Tescos and got myself some soup and rye cakes as i know h2b is having soup and oatackes and he is losing so much weight. I have been put to shame! yesterday his family and mine came together for the 1st time, and it was manic for me.. i was in the kitchen serving teas and coffees and didnt have lunch,, so when i got hungry, i got so hungry and then had a binge on fairy cakes (that MIL2b had made) and crisps. i felt so bad but thats all i could get my hand on at that time.. grrr. then had dinner and that was a slice of old pizza, pasta and a little slice of quiche.. thinking about it today is making me go ewwww.. why are weekends such a mission for food?
i am determined to eat well this week and weekend!! oh this weekend i have my florist appoitment and then on Sunday i have to get my saree and that will prob involve eating indian food on the high street, which will no doubt have fried stuff!! agggghhhh.
oh and i didnt get a chance to even do the bhnagra dancing dvd as was at the pub till late on friday, but only had one drink, so was pleased about that!!:0)Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Don't feel bad Rups. You're not alone. I think I've regained all the weight I lost last week with my weekend bingeing. I was either asleep or eating. Not good. Must be good this week.
Today I should be good. The thought of food is making me feel pukey. I had raspberry porridge and just feel bleurgh again. Why don't I learn?

oh no. whats up with your belly? is it as a result of the weekend? *hug*
i dont even want to think of the weekend, so lets all start fresh hey? thought i would try h2b soup thing and see how it fills me up or not? haha
also this morning, in the Metro, there was a little article on things to get to suppress your appetite. there were three things, one calls slim sticks from Lyods pharmacy and one were tablets (oope forgoten their name) and one was a mouth spray containing guanara. The thirs one didnt appeal as the silly shakes things I tired (maxitone) had that in them and that made it so sweet and has a lot of caffeine it. yuck yuck... the slim sticks apparently can stop cravings for upto 8 hours! is that real?Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Dunno, been feeling really ropey all weekend. Don't think the junk food helped tbh but its done now. H2b has had a dodgy stomach too so maybe its a bug or something we ate.
Good idea on the fresh start.
Not sure about the slimsticks but I've tried hoodia (no appetite suppressing effect) and fulfil plus (made me constipated and ravenously hungry). Did read somewhere that the psyllic husk fibre caps from Holland and barrett were really good but I haven't tried them.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Ah see. i think those were the ones mentioned today (the fulfil plus). hmm i got slightly tempted by the sticks, so thought would look them up! got body attack today. am tired from the weekend. hard to find energy at times. grrrrooon
you gyming today? Hope your belly gets better soon hon.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Hmmm, just had a look at them and they're rather expensive for what they are. It's just oat and palm oil.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

yeah i was reading about them too. it just sounds ideal though to not be hungry for 8 hours!Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

I don't think any of these things work for me. Usually they make me more hungry. Going to the gym today for the usual workout, even though i'm so tired. 2 months today til my fitting. My dress should fit but I want Michelle Obama arms.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

hope you have a good work out. i was deciding as well whether i should go as am tired, and a friend atwork has managed to convince me to go as she says it will make me feel better. :0)Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
