was in two minds about going to zumba, but have managed to convince myself. if its too much, i will just walk out as not in the mood now. think i am getting a cold as have a very dry throat and a funny headache. ;(

Oh dear Rups hope you feel better soon.

I only weigh myself once a week as your weight fluctuates naturally during the week and even during the day so you get a clearer picture doing it less regularly. I am ready to weigh myself this evening; not surehow I will have done tbh. I haven't been great but not awful. We shall see.

I had porridge as usual for breakfast and just about to have lunch which is last nights left over spag bol, with carrot sticks, an orange and an apple for later.

I used to weigh once a month, but I think I will go to once a week as I was writing off whole weeks for being bad! (thinking I can still have 3 good ones etc)!

I weigh myself 2/3 times a week, but am only going by my SW weigh in on Thursdays. But I definately agree, I fluctute quite a bit during the week.

I have just been really good - left over meeting food including cheesecakes ( i love cheesecake) and I've had vegetables without the dip and plain prawns. :) Anyone would thing its weigh in day. :rotfl:

Mmm cheesecake! Turning that down is good! Although it does depend what type... If its cheap cheesecake I am able to turn it down! Same with biscuits! But nice choc covered m&s biscuits or good cheesecake.... That is VERY hard! :o so weldone!

I will have one of their smaller burgers. That is as far as I will go! N small chips. Or share. I will just try for moderation... Meeting a friend straight after work tho, so meeting 5.30 ish. That means pub before hand.... :( not good for the diet!

Ooohh I love GBK too :) haven't been in ages though as the one in Crouch End closed months ago.

Well done Hadley on resisting. I've just had a couple of biccies with my tea. Yummy :)

I'm really not sure how I will have done this week weight wise. Will just have to see when I get home I guess. Fingers crossed for a loss. The trousers I have on are def too big now which is good :) aside from the fact they look quite rediculous; I hadn't realised how baggy they looked till I got to work and too late to change then!
