agghh done a booboo....Aunty Flo is here so feeling yuck.. my manager came back from a client visit and put 2 bars of Swiss chocolate with the rest of the naughty food and i couldnt resist as i love Swiss choclate. had 3 pieces of hazelnut chocolate.. bad me.

olokia you are doing something about it, so thats the first step dealt with :0). maybe you just need to play around with what foods you can eat that are healthy and stick with them. have you ever read about the blood group diet? i have friends who have tried everything and eventually that has worked for them. the book is quite interesting as it explains the science behind it and how different people are suited to different foods. according to that, as I am O positive, i shouldnt really be having white pasta, but brown etc.
I should really find out what blood group I am as I have no idea. I'll have a look into that thanks.0 -

Nope. Sorting out the paperwork to give notice tomorrow. Anyone know what I need to demonstrate where I am getting married, or do I jut need to know the address and date?:T0

ah hubby did that, but we went and got some forms, filled them and then went back (after booking an appointment) with our passports and proofs of addresses (2 each). then we signed the forms, and then we were told to come pick up the certificate a day before the wedding. we were lucky! phewBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

oh no i lie. hubby rang them and made an appointment first. then we went with passports etc and filled out form there! so only two visits.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
