happy with that. Now to go shopping as we have limited food supplies haha

b - cheerios with skimmed milk - 143.5 cals
s - apple (70) almonds (63) - 133 cals
l - chicken mayo sandwich (370) chocolate cookie (200) - 570 cals
t - HM lasagne (447) salad (30) breakaway (99) - 576 cals
Total: 1422.5 calories.

Breakfast - fruit (144 cals - minus the fruit scarfed by my colleagues who kept stealing it)
Lunch - minetrone soup (132 calories) and granary roll with butterlicious spread (188 calories) and Mars bar (it was a hard day) (268 calories)
Dinner - Duck spring rolls (750 calories).
Pepsi max - 5 calories

Well done to all of you who have lost.
Looks like my resisting the cheesecake made no difference - I put on 0.5lb.Quite upset about that as wasn't really expecting to have put on maybe to have lost about 1lb.
Oh well need to think its another day/week.0 -
Well these things can happen Hadley. Half a pound isnt really that bad, in fact that can just be natural as your weight fluctuates during the month (for women away!) N u did do really well last week!:T0
