well done Jo and Em, thats great! :0) Hadley thats a small amount you can play around and get rid off next week! its still good and not a huge amount. dont be upset hon. :( i completely understand how you feel though. :(

wasnt too naughty last night in the end as the pub didnt do food and so ended up going to a cafe nearby and were lucky enough to get pizza and pasta, and i had some spicy sausage pasta.yum and apple juice and then went to the pub and had a diet coke and then a small glass of wine. was that bad? hmmmmm..

anywayi can answer that as i weighed myself and yep i have put on weight and its been so random as when i last weighed i was around 68 kg (ish) and last night, i was 69.9!! i want to die today. am too tired for exercise or to think about eating well. feel so yuck plus AF so not good. i am going to hide in my hole and not come out. :(

My official fortnightly nurse weigh-in: 4.4lbs loss :j:j

My unofficial weekly home weigh-in: 1.76lbs loss :j

Hadley I weigh everyday and sometime my weight goes sharply up and then back down the next day. Maybe you were just unlucky and had one of those days?

    Hi Rups,

You were very good last night. i would have been much worse (maybe thats why I put on ???)

You have AF visiting -so no wonder you have put on. bet that will disappear when she goes. but take it easy and relax.

    :)

  • Yeah Hadley's right Rups. TTOTM is not really a good representation of your weight. It will go up. (mine always does.)
I have just had some toast n marmite for breakfast. :) need to stay good. I was so concentrating on getting over the hump, I really don't want to go back!
