I must do more exercise!0 -
I must do some exercise. I really am lazy.:o Am sure exercise would speed up the weight loss :rotfl:
I want to lose about 3 stone - don't think thats going to happen between now and next June/July (wedding August 25th).0 -
I'd love to be in the 60's (kg) unfortunately I am much more than that (90kg
:o). I'm not losing this weight just for the wedding but I need to lose it for health reasons as it is quite bad for people with Ehlers Danlos to be even slightly overweight. But because I can't do much exercise I am finding it quite difficult.

Hi everyone, I haven't been posting on this thread for ages!!! I have given up on the diet for now - I have 9months to go and just don't have the motivation right now. I will wait until I feel more positive and then give it a proper go! Just wanted to say good luck to everyone with your diets and you'll probably see me popping up on other threads! I may reappear on this thread when I get the motivation to re-start the diet!0

olokia you are doing something about it, so thats the first step dealt with :0). maybe you just need to play around with what foods you can eat that are healthy and stick with them. have you ever read about the blood group diet? i have friends who have tried everything and eventually that has worked for them. the book is quite interesting as it explains the science behind it and how different people are suited to different foods. according to that, as I am O positive, i shouldnt really be having white pasta, but brown etc.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
