I am going to try to be good. Am pleased with myself as went to Wimpey for lunch and had Jacket pot with cheese - all good on SW!:)

l - ham and salad wrap, (232) 5 cherry toms (25) LF toffee yogurt (88) almond cookie (200) - 545 cals
t - chicken in a tomato sauce (275) slice of bread (150) salad (30) pineapple (42) jaffa cake (42) - 539 cals
Total: 1350.5 calories.

Slowlyfading, it was not really worth it. Except for the pizza. I had a casa di mama frozen pizza and it was really good.

DH is being a pain in the bottom and spending all his time with football manager so I'm getting revenge by eating all the junk food. Ha! Take that, nasty husband.

I have sinned too Had cake when I got in and then thought 'oh well may as well have some crisps too'. Must try harder.

Code my OH has been playing on his PS3 loads lately so I am getting my revenge with don't tell the bride! heehee

omg i like watching that and i always miss it! cant miss frozen planet today! what is it with hubbies and OH and their stupid computers and stuff. once mine goes online, he doesnt know any other world! it annoys the hell out of me!! grrr

ok i wasn bad!!! i went home and as hubby was down to his rejection of the job, i cooked and then washed up a bit and while waiting for the pork chops to cook, i ended up having 2 slices of pizza from the day before and later i also had a slice of coconut sponge cake! i felt so bad then! grrrrr

Yesterday I had 1204 cals. hopefully can be as good today. Got an appraisal this morning, so off to that now!
