Well I managed to resist chocolate when I went out. Have got couscous with added veggie again, with carrot and cucumber sticks, a mini babybell, apple, orange and pineapple. My couscous tastes a bit funny tho so think I may leave most of it. damn.0

I got a skimmed hot choc from costa.
still only bring my lunch to 435 cals tho. Leaving 881 for later. :T0 -

i just gotback from yoga. was feeling so faint in there.
am having some marks, chicken with couscous, butternut squash with a balsamic dressing, and some baked salt and vinegar crisps. and a diet coke. im starving now! oh and a yoghurt after. such a pig!!! lol Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Well I just had a very frustrating telephone conversation about my tv being broken and I got rather stressed, so just had 3 chocolate biscuits to make me feel better 0

It's not completely broken but sometimes when you turn it on you get sound but no picture. Apparently it's a known fault with the tv, i.e. they know how to fix it. But I have to take a day off work for them to come collect it, then wait who knows how long while they fix it, and then have another day off for them to return it. It's only 9 months old
Am staying away from the bics now though. I really want to be good its just so hard!! 0 -

yum yum..have volunteered to do dinner (pork chops) as hubby's down, so will cheat and get some dessert from tescos or something hehe. i have a recipe for a spongecake but god knows in what century i will try and bake it?
