Well I think you can still have pudding, just fruit or yoghurt or something like that- that is how I am taking it anyway! As long as it can fit on one plate, and isn't anything with added sugar. For example for lunch I can either have sandwich and crisps, or sandwich and yoghurt, but not all three as would not fit on the plate.:T0

I'd just buy bigger plates!0

Well for lunch it is an imaginary plate! More MSE!!! :money::T0

Oh I would make it fit! I think I would also struggle to get my 5 a day as if you give me a choice of junk or fruit then 9 times out of 10, junk will winjohannalf88 wrote: »Well I think you can still have pudding, just fruit or yoghurt or something like that- that is how I am taking it anyway! Codemonkey, you suggested eating a breakfast with more protein, any suggestions for something that i can either grab and eat quickly in the morning or prepare the night before? I am very much a cereal girl but willing to change if it helps with the weightloss.
Got engaged 2 weeks ago and getting married September next year so have just started to think about dieting and am dreading it already. I love cakes and wine too much!
Welcome Put on another jumper! :hello: Good luck with the healthy eating - it doesn't have to feel like a really boring, restrictive diet, I'm just restricting the amount of unhealthy food I have, not cutting it out altogether, and keeping an eye on portion sizes. I don't do strict diets - far too lazy and rebellious!!
I started a thread for September 2012 brides and grooms which you're more than welcome to join if you'd like: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3005000codemonkey wrote: »
Ahem, i once farted in yoga then got the giggles. The other students were not impressed. Not sure why. It's not like I was asking them to pull my finger.

Ooh, I wonder how many calories you burn through laughing?

Thanks Tiara. I'm very good with the healthy lifestyle theory but totally rubbish about putting it into practice.
The no s plate thingy - I think the idea is to gradually reduce the size of your plate. I know he recommends you slow down and pay attention to what you're eating.
Ellay - hope you saved me some jaffa cakes. I've only ever tried the m&s control pants. I got a full on cover you from boots to thigh body sausage from Frasers but can't remember who made it.
put on another jumper - I used to cook Bacon and eggs the night before and just reheat them in the microwave at work. You can also have things like omlettes with cheese and peppers or salmon or something like that.
I am being punished by my tummy for last nights chippy. I know that greasy, fatty food upsets my tummy but I still do it anyway. Why? Not sure whether to eat breakfast or if that will make it worse.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Morning all.
some lovely messages there that made me laugh too (the fart and finger one). haha. i did wonder how big the plate was for the s diet?
maybe some breakfast might make you feel slightly better codemonkey. i once had fish from a fish and chips shop that gave me a tummy ache as it was way too greasy, and the next day toast helped me out. :0)
I played my tennis yesterday and it was actually a good game. The guys i played with were so patient with me, and i actually felt like i had a little work out. I am still so so sore from pump and thats not good. So break day from gym today as have kung fu tomorrow. :-)
ate well yesterday and managed to say no to a Galaxy bar that h2b was offering. i dont think i had any sweet yesterday and that is a shock even for me! wow...
ok the only 'naughty' thing i had yed was:
the croissant. hmmm, not bad hey? haha

Morning Rups. Glad to hear the tennis went well and well done on turning down the chocolate.
I've had some porridge and my tummy still feels ropey. Nothing has happened yet but it feels churny, and like I'm on a rough sea or something. Bleurgh.
Told ya about the miz. Didnt see WWE yet but h2b made me watch loads of YouTube videos of the rock singing. Mmmm. The rock.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
oh no hope your belly feels better. maybe having lots of water may help? eww greasy food. I mean don't get me wrong, i can have my fair share of greasy stuff (lots of indian snacks that are fried) but if it is excessive, then i do feel sick too. i hope you fell better soon hon!
The rock? hmm yes i see it, but when he came on a little while ago and went on and on about cena. that got on my nerves. haha. cenas yum.:0)

It'll settle down eventually. Maybe I should get some chewing gum or something with peppermint. Not tea though. I hate tea.
Admit to being more of a heel fan than a face one. John Cena leaves me cold. They've just made him boring. Same 5 finishers and never loses clean. He was much more interesting in the old days. Can't wait for wrestlemania rock v cena match though. Seems Christian might be taking a heel turn soon.
It's ok here but expecting rain.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
