Yeah, I like them because they are so easy. I can give u a code for a free one, will try and get it in a min. I only get them once a fortnight, but it is healthy, and different. A little surprise as you don't know what coming. Plus there flapjacks are fantastic!:T0

Yeah that was me Rups; had a quick look at your photos - you look lovely!
I will look properly later when I am at home.
Last night was....well pretty much a disarster but start afresh today. Need to be more positive about it, and about work and stop letting things get to me (easier said than done!). So ad porridge for breakfast, got very halthy lunch of homemade vegetable soup, carrot, cucumber, pepper and celery sticks then orange, apple and pineapple. I must be good!0 -
Code is: K6FK81JA
As many people can use it, but can only use it once per person. Just remember to cancel if you don't want to keep getting them! (but it is very easy to do.):T0 -

No really easy; just sweet potato, carrots, onion and a normal potato cooked off while kettle is boiling then stick stock in and leave for half an hour or so before blending. I make it when I am making dinner so its just easy; I tend to do it if my veg is going a bit soft or needs using up. I just stick in whatever I have.
Cool will look forward to them! I've always wanted to go to ItalyI think I would keep most the proffessional ones private and just put a select few on facebook but thats just me.
