Wedding Diet Thread....

Just brought a bridal mag as it had an extra mag with it on hair, n there is nothing in there! Grr! Tbh I haven't looked too closely, but didn't see much! It's soo annoying when that happens, it had a few 'crazy' hair styles too, who wears them for their wedding?!

I love bridal mags they always getting me in the 'wedding' mood. What kind of har style do you want Jo or you not sure? You having a tiara and veil? My hair is long and thick and I want mine down with loose curls which I will wear mostly over one shoulder. I have a headband and veil so need some kind of style on top to hold the veil in place but not sure what I am going to do about that.

Rups; how was the gym? is it near you or do you have to travel a bit to get there?

My hair is mid length n very thick, although I am growing it so I have more choice. I'm thinking either half up or all up, but my hair goes frizzy in the wet and it is October.... I don't have a veil or tiara, don't really want anything like that. If I go for half up think I will have it curly... I can then superglue it for when it rains!

Had to go to WH Smith to get it tho... N they have sweets.... I managed to come out with only a marshmallow... 30 cals n fat free, n that's as good as its ever going to get!

I'm not sure if it shows up so well because she has blonde and brown hair. I will only have brown hair although my OH wants me to have blonde.

Oh that is nice! I don't my hair will be long enough to do that though, its just hitting my shoulders at the moment. Think I may do some research and make a collection of nice hairstyles which may be suitable...

wow thats a lovely hairstyle. i changed my mind at the last minute, as have long hair (still), and it was suposed to be curled on put to one side. on the day. i realised that i didnt want people seeing my back fat esp after my veil was off, so i asked the lady to just curl it and leave it behind me. i didnt realise that curls would look ok on me. i used to think they would make my face look bigger lol

been trying to post for ages. this thing kept asking me for my password. grrr

gym was so good girls. the body pump teacher was full of energy and she suggested i buy a new gym kit to keep myself feel motivated and she said to lsten to music that makes me want to work out, which she has anyway.. i amtired now but a good tired. came backand stuffed myself with last night's spag bog and yoghurt. yum

em, i am the same as you... i was in such a bad this morning esp at hubby that i felt like comfort eating. the gym has luckily calmed that anger and made me tired instead. lol. the gym is a 5 min walk from where i work, but i was issues picking up my bag and going there. once im there, im fine. its just getting there!! think im back to forcing myself. lol the girls at work are sweet too as they said they will ask me everday when i m next going?
