    morning ladies and well done on being so good yest :0)

    i had my last bit of 'bad stuff' yesterdat and had a toffee apple which i thoroughly enjoyed, guilt-free. hehe. today am heading to the gym for pump and whether i hurt or not tomorrow, am going for zumba!! :0) feeling bit positive. yay! :)
    Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

    Well done Rups!! :T

    Have started well food wise (fat free yog - free on SW), but am now a feeling a bit drained. Time of the month and we are having meetings today about our jobs transferring and all the uncertainty with that. Just not sure I can keep up teh good work all day. I need to though as weigh in tomorrow night.

    Pass on some positivity Rups please.:)

    Same here Hadley. :( drained is a good word! Am trying tho! So far I have just had a latte, but am now hungry. Got some raisins that I can have, but trying to last until 11! Only a few more mins!

    Am also going for 1/2 an hour walk at lunch. Fresh air will make me feel better and give me something to do at lunch! Other than eat!

    Have loads to do at lunchtime - looking things up wedding related etc. So am being lazy. :)

    Wish I had some wedding related stuff to do... :( I have got a lot sorted (cos H2B will be very busy next year). Can't even research honeymoon or something, cos there is no guarantee we will be able to go, n don't want to get my hopes up! (bit late for that really!)

    Any ideas?

    hope you girls are ok today.

    Jo never too late to look for places. in fact you can do your research so when you are about to go, you will loads of ideas. ;)

    i went and got myself a copy of the zest magazine as that is very inspirational and gives great ideas at times, for doing stuff at home :0) am waiting to go to pump now. 30 mins left :0)

    kept saying to myself to be determined, determined, and determined. :0)

    Meant it's too late as my hopes r already up! :o H2B may have limited time off, n we can't find out until Feb/ march. If he can get the week after the wedding off we r going to the Maldives, but don't want to do too much research as will be really disappointed if he doesn't have the time off!

    makes sense JO. :-( maybe for now, get one of those bridal magazines and look for cake ideas, hair style ideas? :) i miss doing wedding stuff. ordered our thank you cards and am waiting for those... i miss it now.. not the stress though hehe.. off to gym now.. sigh.. lol

    Well I am having a rubbish day at work, everything is really getting to me. I hate being the newest one here and therefore being treated like the bottom of the pile even though I have loads more qualifications than most of them and plenty of experience! Grrr!!!! Rant over.

    But my bad mood is making me want to eat :( I have resisted so far. Food today has been porridge for breakfast, carrot and cucumber sticks with peri peri hummus for a snack and just having homemade vegetable soup with some bread to dip in. Got an apple for later.

    It's my 'weigh in' day tonight (it moved to wednesday as was ill at the beginning of last week and like to leave a week between weigh ins to give a better picture) and with all the yummy stuff I had at the weekend I am hoping to stay the same. Fingers crossed.
