Well I have put on 2 lb
so just eaten a load of mini pain au chocolates to make up for it! So not the thing to do!! I need to get sorted and get back to it! Shame me into action ladies! Not what I needed after a crappy day but tomorrow is another day and all that.
Rups I completely forgot to look at your photos too will look this eve.0 -
left my phone at home today, hence the quiet from me.
Today I've had
B. Fruit and monster (I know, I know) somewhere around 396 calories, although I didn't eat all the fruit
L. chilli meatballs - 345 calories
D. sweet potato chilli - 345 calories
+ lots of pepsi max and diet coke so maybe another 15 calories.
Total is somewhere around 1101 calories.
Plus ended up walking over 2 miles between offices. AND I went and took a walk around tesco at lunchtime.
By the way ladies, you might want to consider removing your names, unless you especially want a million friend requests from weirdos. (like me)Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Wow, sweet potato chilli sounds yummy Code
Thanks for the tip there not that I have objections to people adding me. They will soon discover I am not very interesting as have no info on there! haha0 -
It was one of the tesco veggie pot thingies and was really nice and very filling. The meat one was good too, although there weren't many meatballs in it.
I'll just ignore the fact that my body wants a pepperoni pizza and a tub of chocolate praline and caramel haagen dazs.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Cool I will have a look soon. I'm veggie so meat ones are no good for me. I never really think to look at ready meals.
Yes stay strong Code! You have been really good today though so maybe a little treat?0 -
Nope. No treats til the weekend!! I am too fat for my jeans and need to be punished :rotfl::rotfl:
They're like the innocent veg pot thingies but tesco own brand so more :money: Normally I don't do ready meals either but I'm on a long work shift, needed something that can go in the microwave and forgot to take anything from home.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
