    Morning All,

Emm - your dinner sounds lovely. Bet it was yummy. Just wish my Oh would eat things like that. He's a meat and pots man through and through.:rotfl:

Rups - Your poor toe... but well done on the exercise. :j (see jumping = exercise)

SF - I agree with the others you are doing so well, need to be less hard on yourself. :)

As for me, I am feeling really pleased with myself as weigh in at SW last night and had lost 2.5lbs :j Its motivated me to push on.

    Well done Hadley :j

Rups its so nice that you and hubby have an exercise you do together wish I could convince my OH to do some kind of class with me. I would absolutely love to do ballroom dance classes but OH says no way!

Dinner last night was yummy I was very happy. OH eats veggie stuff most of the time as I am veggie and I do the cooking haha. The only meat I do him is pie or coated chicken breat things, i.e. where I don't have to touch the meat!

I did have a choc cookie last night which I had made but only one which is good for me heehee. Poridge again for breakfast. Got cous cous for lunch with added pepper, onion, celery, peas and sweetcorn with carrot and cucumber sticks for snacks. Got orange, apple and pineapple for during the day too :) I will be good, I will be good, I will be good etc etc lol

Thanks everyone for your support. It means a lot!! :A

Emm - you are so good in terms of all the veg and fruit you eat (that nows sounds silly as I know you are vegetarian) but hopefully you understand what I mean.

Rups - still need to check out the wedding photos :o

YEah I know what you mean Hadley. If I wasn't trying hard I would happily have crisps and chocolate and sandwiches for lunch but try to make a concerted effort to have lots of fruit and veg during the day as I am worse when I am at home and over the weekend etc.

Feeling a bit peckish now tho. May have some fruit...

Hadley well done!! :0) yay!! thats great news!!! i dont know if you saw the metro, but it has an article about joining slimming clubs and how good they are!! i cant join a sw one as bit far so will see if can find a ww one.. well i need to see how that pill has helped me first, so looking forward to weighing myself (i dont say that at all). lol

Em your food absolutely sounds yummy. everytime i read what you have cooked or eating, i am drooling. lol. i like a mix of veggie and meat but as hubby likes meat, meat and meat (being half scottish) i end up eating more meat than veggies.. hmm we make up with lots of pasta though..:)). it is nice to do something with hubby as i used to moan he does his own thing and that way i get motivated if i feel lazy. hehe. maybe u can try a different dance to suggest to your OH? Would you do salsa or tango? hmmm nice. ;)

ohh code,, peak of dress please? the dress sounds amazing already!! and a bargain. erm i went a bit trigger happy the day before on the DP site, as there was a sale. bought 7 items and i am waiting for them! they better fit!!!
