hi Jo. yeah thats the thing. And for the first time, i can feel the difference. I had tried so many diets/shakes diet and i got fed up and thought of eating healthy.. I was not doing thatbad but need to lose weight and since Italy, i can see some creeping up. grr. so weirdly, in the kitchen, i was just chatting about being in Italy and how shy i was just walking around, and we started talking about topless women and i said that I CANT do. lol. and this Italian guy just started talking about that pill and he said, it really worked for him in a month, he lost weight and had a flat belly as he goes to the gym EVERYDAY!!! so he said he was fine 'showing' off his body lol.. so i asked him about it and took a few days (as usuak) to go and get it and went for it on Friday! I bought it from Holland & Barrett for 30 pounds, and there are enough for 30 days, so you have to take one everyday.. so far i feel good and def energised so that will help me go the gym too! it worked for him and i read the reviews and there were no side effects. the pill is made and coated in such a way that it doesnt cause harm in the intestine as ita made of chilli so its safe.
Celebs like J-Lo/Britney use it but i liked what i read and have seen a living example at work so just went for it. at the weekend, i was not hungry at all!!!today i feel wide awake and wish i hadnt forgoten my gym kit!! grrrr
i thought i would try it for a week and then let you all know, but i think it def is working!! :0)

£30! That's a lot! Hmm... I was going to see if I could get some at lunch, but now I think I will wait n c how good u think it actually is!! Thing is does ur metabolism slow down again once u stop taking it? So it would be taken everyday for ever or you will put on weight?:T0

Ladies, help me! I've gained like a stone since I got married. Just can't stop eating. I keep hurting my back and neck so can't go to the gym.
Back no-Sing (sort of) this week but with a new dimension - breakfast was a tub of cut up fruit being consumed at intervals through the day to speed up my metabolism. No sweets are allowed on weekdays. I should go to the gym but not feeling very well.
I need to do something. I'm tired of wearing only the baggy tops as my muffin top is more of a cake shelf now and my jeans are too tight.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
code... we have missed you, but dont panic. i am the same, gaining and gaining since the honeymoon, hence the pill! i would suggest that too, as it 'seems' to be working for me. early days yet but try that so u can try and increase metabolism maybe? if you cant exercise, you can also try eating those slow-release foods like porridge, brown rice? xxxBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Not exercising is really annoying isn't it Code?! I sympathise. Don't push your self tho, don't want to make it worse then it will take longer to heal. U don't have a pool near you do you? Otherwise I would suggest swimming.
I am also back on the diet, have really stalled recently, actually put on the last few months... Only a pound, but that's not even in the right direction!:T0 -
I think i'll wait and see how you do with the pills Rups. £30 is pretty expensive. Do you think it'd work if I just took a lot of red bull and eat loads of chilli?
Jo - might have to make a special effort to go to the pool. A pound is ok. That can be natural fluctuations. You'll get back to it (sez me).Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
hmm ok code will let you all know. i just went for it. :0) swimming would be the best but i would say dont push yourself (as frustrating as it is), as you know yourself, how that will make your injury worse.
eww redbull..:(Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Yeah, I know, but not the direction I want! It's a stagnation! Well theatrically if u ate load of chilli yes, n caffiene, but it usually comes with added sugar. If I have a coffee for breakfast I usually don't get hungry until lunch. I go through stages where I add chillis to everything! Yum! Not an excuse to have chilli n chicken pizza! Yum!:T0
