Oh my word, it is too, too horrible! This morning I took a pair of jeans out of the ironing pile, but they were too tight! They did up but there was a massive belly overflow which just looked so awful. I took them off and put on DHs jeans but they're embarrassingly snug, he hates me wearing his clothes and if he noticed he'll be all "i told you so" cause he said I didn't have the willpower to lose weight.

Oh code! It can't be as bad as you think. I think we all have sight problems when it comes to our own image. Your hubby loves you the way you are- he wouldn't have married you otherwise! Maybe you need to think of a new target? A holiday maybe, and concentrate on eating healthy stuff. Don't buy any bad stuff, let none in the house!

Btw- what does DH actually stand for?!? :o

Darling Husband??? (based on teh fact I use OH for Other Half. :)

Code - Don't be too hard on yourself. You know you have willpower as you achieved so much before your big day. I agree a new target might be the way forward. :)

Me I'm taking one day at a time well trying to anyway. Have now lost 1/2 stone in about 6 weeks at SW. Not a huge amount (i.e. equals about 1 lb a week) but its slow and steady and I have been allowing myself treats. :o But I'll get there for my wedding in August 2012.

1/2 stone is good. It's constant, and means a stone in 12 weeks, that's only 3 months. Im getting back with it, had healthy tesco order last night:

Brekkie today has been coffee, tea, n rich tea biscuits- 300 cals.

I need help too. :( i have been so bad!!! i was not even hungry and i had to have a BK meal last night AND that was after having dinner at 6pm. had gone for Hubbys gig and was not remotely hungry. had a craving for chips and we both ended up buying meals!!! i dont know whats wrong with me? unless i prevent going past BK, or McDonalds etc. the pill has surely suppressed my appetite but my greed? i want to cry.. today i am wearing tight trousers which last year fit so well. HEEEELLLPPPP!!!

welcome jewelleryfan. sorry was a bit dramatic, but i do need help. i feel after the wedding, it is 'ok' to eat whatever? and it soooo isnt it!!!! :(

I can't help there Rups... I avoid going past / near them places!!! When u r feeling greedy have a mint or something which is small but takes a while to eat. If u crave sweet have a worthers original or something.

No ladies, please be harsh on me. It doesn't make any difference if DH loves me either way (he actually prefers me larger cause of the bosoms),but if my clothes don't fit i know its bad. I can't even work out cause I'm choked with the cold, but I did some crunches before I left the house.

So here is my plan for today:

    B. Can it monster (bad, I know, but I feel dreadful - 240 cal), juicy fruit twist (147 calories - but usually just eat half).
    L. Soup and a roll if I'm hungry, if not the rest of my fruit.
    D. Not sure yet.

Rups, I second the mint idea. I like extra mints but they have laxative effects.

Code, (don't know if u want to hear this...) but I read that if you have a cold (no fever etc) working out actually helps. If you have a fever / flu- dont do it!

Think I need to start doing crunches... But hate them! Need to loose 2 inches up top!
