    Yay Hadley :j

I fear I may have put the 3lb back with last nights dinner! We went to an American style diner in Old Street and I had macaroni cheese and shared some fries with OH. Then we shared a bit of cheesecake and a chocolate milkshake (the proper kind made with ice cream!) :o but oh so yummy!! :rotfl: back to being good now though. Coco pops for breakfast and have got beans on toast for lunch. Not sure for dinner we have pretty empty cupboards; seriously need to go shopping.

Rups I have lost all motivation for exercise too. But am thinking that as the clocks go back this week it will be lighter in the morning from next week so will be easier to get up and exercise then. That's the plan anyway!

oh my god!!! today i am dying of hunger like there is no tomorrow..
i went for a step class and before the class i took this diet pill (not diet as such but didnt know what category to place it in, as i can eat normal food) that is purely made out of chilli, so it can speed up my metabolism, and during the class, i thought i was going to faint as i got so hungry.

am at my desk now and want to eat everthing in sight.. hmmm ok had some leftover pasta from the other day and then also having a little pot of greek salad and will have yoghurt.. soo hungry.. :(

Rups I am really not an exercise person at all! Have to force myself. I don't have anywhere near me to go to at lunch and to be honest I often continue working anyway while I eat my lunch. I am the same when I get home I just want to relax so it only leave the morning! Haha.

I am starving! OH won't be home for over an hour yet and the bathroom needs cleaning first too. Best get moving really.

Well yesterday wasn't brilliant diet wise. We met my parents at a wildlife park in herts as they are there for the weekend and it was great fun :) had cereal for breakfast, so far so good, then veggie nuggets and chips for lunch, going downhill here but I didn't eat all of it, then we went and had afternoon tea! Heehee very yummy though :)

    Will try harder today...

I'm another 'has to try harder today'. Being off work for a week has been disastrous for me eating wise...

Hey Ladies, haven't been on here for ages!

Slowly I am exactly the same, a week off work has meant countless meals out and more naughty food than I want to think about! oops! It has been a fun week though :)

Going to make up for with a low carb diet starting Monday for two weeks...usually helps kick start my weight loss! Have now planned each evening meal for a week!

    xx

Morning ladies. how are you all?

hope you all had a good weekend. :)

mine was sort ofbusy and yet not if you know what i mean? :) eating-wise, have not been very good, as there was lots of bday cake yesterday (for my hubby's niece's party) and crisps etc but i didnt feel that hungry. i was eating for the sake of it?? sounds so bad! well i started taking this pill called capsiplex and it has lots of chilli in it (it is known to increase metabolism). On friday when i first took it, I felt so hungry, that i thought i was going to faint. However at the weekend, i didnt feel hungry at all and was just eating for the sake of it. I got up a bit hungry for breakfast and had some toast and after a bite of my second toast, i felt so full. hmmm will let you know what happens in a week as apparently it helps when going to the gym too. It has chilli and caffeine and that gave me so much energy on Saturday, where I cleaned the house like there was no tomorrow..
:0) hope it works for me and i lose weight. a guy at work told me about it, and he said he lost so much weight. he takes it before going to the beach (as he is Italian) and he says it works for him everytime.

ok stop rambling now Rups. :)

Is that what you were saying you were trying an heard it was really good? It makes sense as chilli increases metabolism, and caffiene supresses appetite. I may try it... Where do u get it from?
