My biggest issue is cheese and bacon turnovers for breakfast. And full fat redbulls. And Subway for lunch.

Well I was unsure whether to go for it or not as it is over a year away. I have just been successful in bidding for a second hand 'forget me not' dress- Jennifer. Saw the designers appearing in a wedding mag, looked on line at the range and they are awesome! Too expensive new though, and there doesn't seem to be too many of them around as quite a small business- so established hard to get second hand. Then it appeared on eBay (so decided to see it as a sign!)

wow that is great news!!! at least you do have an aim esp as you know what you have got. :0)

I got a sample dress which was on sale and it fits fine in a bigger size but i thought if i can lose weight, it would be good and it can then be taken in. i dont want a bigger size. they do say that wedding dresses come in a bigger size than one's actualy size anyway.. i still dont want it! at this rate i am going, i might end just wearing it.

well done on the body pump rups. Just finished with some leftover enchiladas for dinner and am majorly full. Yahoo. (I almost never feel full). There is no junk food in here so even if I wanted to snack, I can't.

I sit right in the middle of a bunch of snackers. They eat constantly. Chocolate for breakfast, crisps midmorning, more chocolate and crisps with lunch, afternoon chocolate/doughnut/cake. We have a tuck shop in our office which is juice, chocolate, sweets and crisps and I think they are responsible for eating most of it. The annoying thing is that none of them are fat and they dont go to the gym. In fact, the bloke who does the most eating is the skinniest boy ever.

Rups, just a thought, but if you're struggling with hunger, what about upping the protein a bit? I did the carbohydrate addicts diet a couple of months ago and while I'm not convinced that it's a good long term solution, the protein breakfasts and lunches really filled me up.

I have a mental photo of my dress in my head when things get tough at the gym. I also have a mirror opposite the shower (I didn't put it there, it was there when we moved in), and that's also rather motivational.
