I don't have that much to loose either, if I loose much more than a stone it probably won't be too healthy. I have over a year to do it in, but that is both a blessing and a curse. I have plenty of time to do it, but then I have no sense of urgency either!:T0

omg just got home from work and I've 3 pages to read up on....far too much talk of gyms and things though lol
I'm feeling very 'draggy' and have got to leave for zumba in 15 mins. If I wasn't giving my friend a lift I'd probably back out.
Rups...yes I did go dancing but we did all shoulder and arm stuff which has played havoc with my neck (still post-whiplash effect). And the lateral thigh trainer is like a mini stepper but it twists - video clip here . I've had mine about 4 years now - at one time they were THE thing to buy but they're still around now and probably much cheaper. I like it as I just haul it out and go on while I'm watching telly0 -
Bad day...bailed out of zumba, tummy and back just dragging me down and the last thing I feel like doing is throwing myself round a room all lively. Am going to regret this when I'm off for my first fitting on Saturday...Linda, if you read this, be gentle with me!!0

Oh ellay, dont beat yourself up hun, I have just done my very first shred workout and can easily say I feel like I have done enough for two, so have some of my training for today.

Feel better now...just had a long soak in bath. Think it's a 'that time' kind of thing but hard to say for sure as I'm on the mirena so don't have periods...but deffo do have some times when it's just worse. Just hope I feel less fat and rubbish by the end of the week
Lupyloo...did you know there's a shred thread somewhere on the weddings board. I've never tried it...sounds very hard work from what I've seen others say about it. I also go on the Health, Beauty and Fashion board...they have a monthly 7lb challenge on there. Going public with weight loss (or gain!) is quite a good incentive (not that you'd think it of me tonight lol)0 -

ellay, hope you're feeling better today, definitely take it easy if it's TOTM - I find that gentle exercise helps but too much makes me feel sick! Shred is great, but I have been shamefully unmotivated; I've started it three times now and never got beyond day 3!I WILL do it again, and I WILL complete it.....
Lost about 1/2lb this week, so it is veeeeeerrrrry slooooowwwwww, as I didn't lose anything last week. I'm not far from where I want to be though so it's to be expected. I've also just got a new job, so instead of being surrounded by chocolate I will be surrounded by pretty clothes that I want to look good in, so I'm hoping that will help with motivation!
