    erm i am quite bad at the will power thing and saying no. i try but then end of giving in somewhere else. :0(( need to work on that. i also start getting hungry inbetween meals and i think my snack portions are not that small. oops.

    I couldnt do gym after work, as I get so tired, i just want to go home and it takes me an hour, and cooking, washing up blah blah. :0(

    your diong so well though. 3-4 times. wow. i would do that but i end up aching so need to take breaks inbetween. luckily after body attack, i am not sore today so tomorrow's body pump can be done!:0)

    yes codemonkey, lets do it.. :0) i am def up for that. Next are doing cheaper versions of those fitflops, so I am getting a pair today at lunch (my break from the gym = shopping) lol

    wow codemonkey if you have zumba tonight def take it easy with the gym :0) and do you have porridge for lunch? wow you are good.

    Same as Rups with the gym thing. Takes me so long to get home, by the time I've said hello to h2b and made dinner its usually around 8.

    Porridge is my fallback when I've either not had time to make lunch or i've made lunch and left it lying on the counter. We have no canteen or sandwich van here so if I have no food, its walking to the nearest shop and if I've been in the gym for an hour, I really don't feel like it. Today I was running too late to make lunch.

    In a way that's good because if you forget your lunch, then you can have an option as healthy as porridge. Sometimes that's not god if you fancy something else. We have a Tescos behind work so I find myself going there to buy Pepsi Max's!! grrr. and in the station, we have Marks, and Etsu, and pubs nearby. I always find myself buying food from Marks. Ok, they are salads but i am spending too much and need to stop!!! I do not have the energy to make lunch at home after dinner, and i hate sandwiches and am not creative enough to think about healthy and quick lunches. :0( that is so annoying.

    I really struggle to find something healthy that I like when I go out for lunch. My OH usually makes lunch for me (yay!) but when we run out of food (like today) I know it is going to be a bad day! Need to stay healthy, no chocolate etc... But if I go out I can't resist!
    Think I need to convince myself I don't like chocolate. Negative association or something...

    Hehe another Pepsi max junkie! I'm totally addicted to it. Are you me?

    Can't suggest anything except leftovers from the night before or cans of soup. I find soup really disappointing as a meal though. My body just thinks its getting a drink. Or there are things like crackers and cheese or salads that you throw together quickly before you leave. Dunno, my lunch is invariably a sandwich.

    I really cba with gymming it today. I will not go to greggs or subway today .

    I'm terrible if I don't bring lunch to work. We're right on a high street so have EVERYTHING you could imagine on our doorstep. If i'm don't bring it with me there's no chance of being healthy, and I sit between two brutes who could eat KFC for every meal so im not having a salad while they're muching on chips :D

    Today's offering is a tesco health living sechwan (sp?) chicken and noodles with a bit of salad. This is my main meal for the day otherwise if feel sick if i eat before gym and find it too late to eat a big meal when I get back. I'll eat it at about 3.

    I find myself getting realllllllllly hungry between meal, especially at work. How do you all stop the snacking?

    My god. may be we are the same people. :0)I abs love Pepsi Max and find if I am having it with lunch, it keeps me full. haha.. and yep with soups too, I think exactly like you! I feel that after a few hours (or mins) I will be hungry.. and I have them when ill. hehe. At least your doing zumba today, so its not too bad if you dont go now. :-) and subway is meant to be ok isnt it? hmmm

    johannalf88, you could try that and say you hate it. im glad that i am not a bad choc fan otherwise i would be eating it like mad. its the biscuits/cakes with me. :0( need to think positive as well and think i am not craving junk! :0) its nice that your h2b makes lunch. Mine used to but since he has his Tony Ferguson shakes, he has stopped. :-( i used to have sandwiches all the time, till i got fed up!

    thats my prob too johannalf88, i get hungry inbetween too and i try and have a banana or some fruit at 4 ish but by the time i get home after 6.30, i want to eat everything in sight and if dinner takes too long theni get sooo grumpy!! why is it so hard?

    Maybe instead of saying what we want we do all convince ourselves that we hate it! Think of something you don't like about it, for example I hate the taste of cheap gone off chocolate. I think it tastes like dog chocolate. Now I am going to think of that everytime I want chocolate.

    I will see if it works!
