Woo I lost 1.5lbs last week (probably would have been more if I hadn't caved in and had a huge slab of chocolate cake and two glasses of wine on Saturday). I am going to start walking to work to burn off some more calories!

    Hey well done:T

Yay Rups glad all your hard work is paying off. Enjoy your fitting later ::): I am sure you will look lovely and enjoy the amazing feeling that soon your OH will see you looking that good. I can't wait for my OH to see me in my dress I felt like a million dollars when I tried it on (even if it did have to be held up with pins stuck to my bra as it didn't do up).

Today's food is ok so far; breakfast was crumpets, lunch is carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks with a mini babybel light, mini ryvitas, grapes and pineapple. Not got a clue what I am going to make for dinner though...best get thinking

Thanks Em. am looking forward to trying the final final dress now and waiting for the day! :) yay you eat so well. i wish i could hehe

Hadley, i had that problem last week and sometimes i justcrave them. I went and got myself some wasabi peas as they gave me the same feeling in my mouth and the salt and mustard from them. the cruncy nuts tricked my stupid head into thinking i was having crisps!!! maybe try something like nuts? :( boring i know.

Yeah not long for you now at all! how exciting :) (you are getting married on my OH's birthday so we will both be eating cake that day heehee)
I try and eat healthily during the day so I don't feel too bad if I slip up a bit in the evening or weekends. I have to make my lunch though otherwise I would go to MacDonalds far too often ha!
Hadley if I am really craving something I tend to give in a just have a small bit (like one small packet of crisps) otherwise I spend days thinking about it and end up having loads (like a huge family size bag of crisps! opps)

    Thanks Rups and Em.

Rups - I'm sure your fitting will be great:D I am so excited for you:)

Em - I'll also be eating cake on the 1st (well would be if I liked cake and wasn't on my diet) as its my birthday as well.

I think I might give in to a packet of crisps ... will try and hold off till tonight, but as having more SW free food for dinner I could have a packet as syns. But so wanted to be good today. But I know what you are saying sometimes its better to give in and have a little.. otherwise I might store it all up and have a crisp binge. Have done that lots of times. :o

  • Slowly your doing so well! I do know how you feel though, I've had a good couple of days, back at the gym but just feel so bloated and so heavy but hopefully sticking at the gym and healthy eating will pay off :)
Today I had yogurt and fresh OJ for breakfast, flap jack and fruit ( grapes, pineapple, banana and orange- a little of each). Snacks I had dried fruit and nut/ cracker mix from graze box then mini chicken enchilladas and salad with a corn on the cob for tea. Writing it down it looks like so much! Well done for your weight loss rups and ashtray!
  • Slowlyfading don't be hard on yourself at all thats a good day!! Plus when you're feeling a little down its important to have things that cheer you up!

    I was doing well today:

Breakfast: strawberries, grapes, probiotic yoghurt and a biscuit
Lunch: Ryvita, apple, snack a jacks
Tea: Turkey in a bbq sauce wrap with salad

But then the chocolates happened to be open...and it would rude not to have one (or three!) However that is the last of my junk food as there is no more left in the house!

Keep up the good work girls :)
