Thanks Jo

Can you be here when I come back from zumba please!0 -
I find the evenings hard too. Luckily OH is trying to stop the snacking too so I have some support from him.
I did round up the quality street to 10 in the end which isn't great but is still much better than I would have been had I not been trying to be good (normally it would have been at least double that! opps). Having fajitas for dinner which is pretty healthy (I'm vegi so they will be with lots of veg and some quorn strips) and also really yummy.
On the way home I saw that Ben and Jerrys is half price in morrisons at the moment! I love B&J so must avoid the store until the offer has finished heehee or buy OH phish food as I'm not that bothered about that one.0 -
What time is zumba finishing?:T0
-
I'll be home around 8.15

Em...if you can't resist B&J totally switch to their frozen yoghurt...tastes yummy but is a bit better in terms of cals. Or invite me round...I love phish food

How do you manage to eat just one jaffa cake??? as soon as I open the pack they are all gone in less than 5 minutes :rotfl:0 -
I'm sorry, what? One jaffa cake.....ONE jaffa cake....one.....jaffa....cake....
Nope, don't understand that concept
ellay, for when you get back from zumba: PUT THE CAKE/BAR OF CHOCOLATE/ICECREAM/BISCUIT(S) DOWN.
hth!
btw, I am addicted to phish food icecream - their frozen yogurt version is good, but the original is still the best. I find if I have the frozen yogurt one I eat more, because it's a bit lighter so it doesn't fill me up as much! Kind of defeats the point of it really!! :rotfl:
