OK I'm home from zumba...all sweaty cos nobody had put the hot water on and I want a bath! Am now having some home made cottage pie with carrots - haven't touched a biscuit (yet!)
Thank you for the prods...I swear I would feel really guilty if I ate bad stuff now!
  • Phew, I'm back from the Great North Run with a hard earned medal and a horrible cold. After two days of indulgent refuelling I'm jumping back on the wedding diet wagon as of tomorrow and will be ever so saintly for the next three weeks until my next half marathon.

Hearty congrats Codemonkey, you look gorgeous in your pics and the dress is lovely. Good luck to everyone else, your food diaries sound mightily frugal to me. Not long now Rups, eep! xxx
  • Ok ellay, don't let us down!
    :T
  • Code you look stunning! I've not posted as its just been a terrible diet long weekend. Back at the gym today and my first graze box in 2 years arrived! Good for a little change, a nice healthy snack for before the gym. I feel like I've put on hundreds of weight in just 3 days in the weekend, so bloated. We went looking at honeymoons yesterday, so excited! Thinking about a med cruise. Need to slim down enough not to scare everyone when I put a costume on! There's an incentive! Tried fishcake for dinner for the first time ever, don't really eat fish so thought I would try. Had it with salad and morrocan chicken soup to start. Well done everyone!

  • I'm getting very excited for you Rups!

Congratulations on your fitness achievements - you're putting me to shame! Zumba, body pump AND personal trainer? I think it'd kill me!

As for filling the favour boxes, here is my suggestion:
    1. buy wine
    2. recruit willing volunteers
    3. Put favourite DVD on
    4. Set up a production line

    Easy! :D
