Thanks white. am getting excited but panicky! eek I like your production line idea but i think finding those people might be hard. will ask OH. i did ask him yest after he had finished his 'online' nonsense and he took longer than i did to make them. men! I wish all that at one go but they all happen on different days hehe.. i def must say that the PT is very good as he makes me work so damn hard! saying that i did yoga yesterday, which i am enjoying so much now. I am aching from it. how weird is that? We did a plank (i hate those) and we had to hold it for longer and breathe slowly. i was dying. :0(

everyone well done for being so good, and you too ellaycode be as naughty as you want now ;0)
i weighed myself yesterday and i had lost some weight! i am so happy. today is my LAST fitting and i hope the dress is fine, as i cant be bothered to have it changed etc etc.. just want to wear it and go. :0) my PT told me he has seen a difference in me too. he has been working with me on my yucky arms and my fatty back lol. oh well i have one more session with him next week before the big day! have body pump today and zumba tomorrow and thats it till saturday..
im panicking now. i made my wedding favour boxes yest. now we need to fill all 100 of them :0)

I hear you about arms and back fat. It just doesn't shift... I have two weeks to go and can't see it really changing. Especially the arms. I think once big, they will always be big! Where's a good surgeon when you need one.0 -
omg kmmr, i was the same till i told the PT to target that for me and he makes me use all these machines and the boxing. he says boxing really helps with arm fat and for the back, he makes me do this presses and use these machines that i would never have used as i dont use the gym much. he makes me do tricep dips every time. hate them too!Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

I have missed my gym thanks to my faffing manager and this girl! i am so annoyed now as i can not be bothered to rush now and change quickly and miss a bit of the start! i have to meet my mum later to go for my fitting so somehow i will try and go tomorrow. was supposed to be my last body pump class before the wedding. aghhh i feel so annoyed now..Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

i am just chilling at the desk and eating before i head off home to my mums...grrr. when she shouted out to me to come and see how they are doing this proposal, I was worried about the gym! never mind. can catch up somewhere tomorrow i hope.. fingers crossed. not enjoying my sandwich though. yuckBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Woo I lost 1.5lbs last week (probably would have been more if I hadn't caved in and had a huge slab of chocolate cake and two glasses of wine on Saturday). I am going to start walking to work to burn off some more calories!0

Somebody help me please... I am sitting here craving crisps and I need to be good. Too many syns on SW.
Have had a smoked slamon sarnie (brown bread - so free food on SW). But now just want to eat.
I know its cause I'm bored and fed up (just a bit depressed today for some reason)
The crisps are calling and I have a packet in my drawer - so wouldn't even have to go and buy them.
Please help me resist. I have lots of apples and pears stuck on my desk ( funnily enough the theme for my wedding :rotfl:) but they seem so boring.
