Well done hadley on your weight loss! As predicted my friday has turned into fat friday. Had 2slices of bread and butter, chips, meatballs + gravy and beans... Did have cherries for breakfast though lol. Came home to take the chicken out the freezer before going to the gym now 2 hours later I'm still sitting on the couch, chicken won't defrost in time, not been to the gym and will probably end up getting a takeaway curry instead of homemade. Argh, I need to just get off my backside and go to the gym! Not bought any wine though which is good for a friday! Wish where I lived had yoga classes, all we have is circits (sp?) But they are £4 per class which is a bit much a week ontop of my membership.0

I have been good all day resisting the biscuits in my trianing course, but know that I'll end up at the pub with OH later. Stil I have a couple of drinks on SW so not too bad.
Now I am finally going out the door... have an 1.5 hour commute. 0
