  • What does everyone use for working out how many calories are in the food that they have eaten? I have no idea how many calories I eat a day.

So far today: b: 1 low fat yoghurt
l: Homemade vegetable soup with 3 ryevita
d: Is hopefully veggie chilli and boiled rice.

  • I use a iPhone app called mynetdiary. The only problem I find with it is calorie counting is reallyhard if u cook everything your self from scratch!

sometimes its easier counting calories when you have bought lunch or something from a supermarket. even OJ has some caliries written at the back. i think i may start as that way the weight is also there and u know how much you can eat.

im having my boring sandwiches. i feel really annoyed as my hen do is this weekend and its a surprise for me, but i know that on sunday we are having afternoon tea so i can invite the mums. at first my mum and sis in law were all up for it and now they have backed out. i have had friends who have had issues with it and i am just fed up!

  • Hey Ladies

Been naughty today, well only a little bit. After my dress fitting I went to the local cafe and had scrambled egg on toast, with fried mushrooms and for after's I have a good old fashioned cornflake cake with custard, yum! I o deserve it after the week I have had lol

I am making a homemade Shepherd's pie tonight from scratch for dinner, using Quorn Mince, instead of beef.

Hope you all getting on well x
