That's not too bad johanna, I'm dreading writing up one of my bad days... No comparison!I'm not counting cals just now as I sometimes get a little obsessed with it and make stupid choices like having a 100cal bag of crisps instead of a banana etc. And then I get the times I think 'oh, still have X number of cals left - what can I eat?!' Although if my cutting out weeknight wine and making heathier choices than before plan doesn't work I will start calorie counting again. Just sometimes if I don't write it down or count it for a day or two I fall off the wagon completely! Well today I've had a 'I'm constantly hungry' day but feeling nice and full after dinner, here goes...
B- fruit corner yogurt, 5cherries and tea with SSmilk
    S-tea with SS milk
L- roast beef, gravy, boiled potatoes and broccoli
    S-banana
D- 1/2 chicken breast with bread crumbs, corn on the cob, roast veg (including potatoes) and coleslaw

Went to the gym - 30mins on the crosstrainer
  • That's really good sweeti!

So after work I went to body balance - worked my butt off... but then when I got home I got a text from MrD asking me to bring the hosepipe and £10 to Cadwell park (about 10 mins away - so he could fill the trucks on board water tanks). So I shot off to do that - then we went to his mums afterwards. Didn't get home till gone 9... could not be bothered to cook so tonight Ive had a 12in pepperoni and mushroom pizza, half a 12in garlic bread pizza with cheese and tomato, and a portion of chips. Fat B****d! :)

Here's to a better day tomorrow... although I won't hold out cause I now haven't got any lunch sorted.
  • Well at least you had been to body balance :) sounds good though. Someone once said to me (in the gym) ' if we didn't try, it would be worse' which I thought was a good point. Good luck for tomorrow!

    Hey

Just a quick update (stuck in a course :() I lost 1.5lbs at Slimming World :j

Am really pleased as I thought I might even have gained after being led astray by OH.

Things will be better this week as he is back at work - so might not be tempted to pop out for a quick drink. :rotfl:
