That's willpower declining biscuits at courses. They always have so many coffee breaks and yummy sandwhiches. And when its 'free' it seems so hard to say no!
I ended up buying a dairylea dunker for a snack then went to the gym. Feel slightley more on track for the weekend ahead (famous last words!). Did 30mins on the crosstrainer, no weights as planned but just glad I went at all.0 -
Well done on the weight loss everyone!
Have a great hen weekend Rups! Hope you have a great time and don't beat yourself up if you slip a bit, you only have one hen weekend after all heehee
I had been realatively good today, porridge for breakfast, last night's spag bowl left overs for lunch (made with quorn mince) with some pineapple... then just had pizza hut for dinner! oppss. was meeting up with a friend I hadn't seen for ages though and what better way to catch up then over dinner??!0 -
Meant to say hope you have a nice hen night Rups! How was your dinner em? I ended up having homemade chicken curry and I bought a garlic nan from the indian. Not bad seen as I would have been quite happy to go out for dinner. Up early today to go to the Scottish Wedding Show
should be a good day! Tried to order some graze boxes last night on my phone but think I'll need to use a normal computer, they are really good for lunch or snacks, they've added loads of things since I last ordered like flap jacks and crackers and dip, yummy! Had another dairylea dunker for breakfast lol, doing a shop today, not much left! Hope everyone has a good day.

My dinner was so yummy heehee. And I did have salad with it so that cancels out the badness of the pizza right??! Just have to try and be good over the weekend; its so much harder when you aren't at work so can eat whenever you want. Wow have fun at the Scottish Wedding Show. I can't decide whether to go to a wedding show or not as I live in London (but my mum would probably want to go so it would be to one in Brighton) but am getting married in Edinburgh so was wondering if there is any point as the suppliers round here won't be able to do the wedding (or would charge extortionate travel fees). We are going to Edinburgh for a long weekend in November to meet florists and bakers and see the venue etc but couldn't find any wedding shows nearby that weekend. Hhhmmmm.
EDIT: sorry for going rather off topic0 -
I've stayed the same again, I can't believe it
I've eaten a lot today because I'm so annoyed.

Just checking in...have been not very good the last couple of weeks but somehow am not putting weight on. Think it's now nervous energy burning it off. Went for a fitting today...the first time I'd actually ever seen my dress and I loved it. Also looked great seeing me with a nice wasit and even the tum looked flat. Linda has worked miracles but I now think I need to wear corsets for everything!!0

Ellay, I can't wait to see your dress. Hope you're going to post photos.
Must get back on track after the honeymoon. All we've done is eat cheese (there's a great polish cheese called oscypek which is served with cranberry jelly that I could eat all day) and pizza and meat and sausage and ice cream. We tried pierogi which are polish dumplings yesterday but I wasnt keen. We've also sampled the beers and wodka. There's been a load of walking, but still...
Seen our professional photos and some from guests and I'm loathe to show them. I'm so not photogenic and a lot of the shots weren't posed and somehow I look like princess Beatrice with severe learning difficulties.:(Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Code...welcome back
Yes I will post photos but won't be til after the wedding I don't think
I was having a drink when I read yours and nearly sprayed my keyboard when I read the princess beatrice bit...am sure they're lovely (well mostly lol) so you MUST post some...or PM them if you're that shy!
Hope you had a great time in Poland...whereabouts did you go? My son went on a school thing a few years ago, stayed in Krakow and Zakopane and did trekking in the Tatras - looked gorgeous and I want to go there myself.
I'm also hoping you're going to do a blog for the wedding...would love to read that0 -
Welcome back Code! I'm glad you had a lovely time. I'm sure you don't look like that! Please do let us see a couple...:T0
-
