hey Rups ... That sounds like great fun. I have always wanted to try belly dancing - it looks so much fun. Might have a look into classes maybe... but will have to find someone to go with me.

Ann Summers lots of fun... :rotfl:

I loved the bryiani... Yum yum... so don't feel too guilty, but do need to lose some more on the old SW. he he:)

Wow your hen sounds like it was loads of fun Rups.
I wasn't too bad this weekend; bit of a mixed bag lol. I never seem to eat as much fruit and veg at the weekend though.
Today has started well; crumpets for breakfast, pesto potatoes with carrot and cucumber sticks, mini babybel light, pineapple and strawberries for lunch. However my strawberries are somewhat mushed and there is a massive tin of quality street in the kitchen at work which is calling out to me!
Tonight is my 'weigh in' night though so am trying to stay strong and resist :S

you will lose it. :0) you will lose it. i went a bit mad last night having 2 packets of crisps as i felt depressed after my hen do, so i vegged out and watched a 3 hour long bollywood film and ate in bed. oops.. no more now.. if i feel naughty, i have to think of the PT and stop! I hope that works, as whatever i have said before, hasnt worked! grr

If only it was as easy as positive thinking. :) Was good yesterday food wise cooked a roast with all the trimmings, but only had lean meat and healthy veg. But then after row with OH we went to the pub and I had a couple of nice glasses of wine.

Still today is another day. so far so good. But am wanting crisps now... bored just finalise and checking reports... I want crisps!! I so love watching telly and eating crisps in bed...I just miss my poor cat lying on my feet :( but a perfect scenario... and I wonder why I'm fat :rotfl:
