Whoops. Just had some chocolate biscuits and a mars bar. Bad me!!

Still, the dress fits right? :D

I'd love a mars right now! And, if the dress fits, then no problem! :D

  • Nice posting.
I just cut out fast food, heavy foods and worked out. Don't stress yourself out. I lost 10 pound 3 weeks before the wedding and had to have my dress altered again and it was picked up with day of the wedding due to the time issues with the alterations.

morning all. how are we all? :0)

code you are so so good with the exercise. I am def going to try and do some yoga and pilates too. i heard they can be good too. so will try, even though prefer exercise that makes me sweat so much.

was fairly good yest.. went to my mums to collect some invites again and she had prepared some yummy lentils and made two chapatis for me, so i took it away, went back to mine and had that with some rice. i was so stuffed.. i wanted some dessert but was too full so forgot about it. hehe good hey? just wished i had exercised but today will go for my swim. am making that a weekly thing. :)

hello newbie..;-) thats really good. i want to 'try' and cut out junk food but its hard at times, esp in times of stress..:(

:hello: everyone :) I weighed myself this morning and I didn't put on any weight during the holidays, which I'm very pleased about! :D However, we're going out for lunch today so I'm going to have to be careful...

    Have a good day, ladies!

    Hey well done you:T

I am on the 2nd day of my diet... so far so good :rotfl:

now just have to think about adding some exercise. Then again yesterday I did walk up and down a total of about 30 flights of stairs during the day... guess that helps a bit.

Well done slowlyfading and Hadley. Hadley, have you thought about taking the stairs at a sprint to get some more cardio in?

Rups, can you gym any other time than lunchtime? Team lunch sounds like much more fun than gym though.

26 days now. I've taken to doing side bends and hip circles everytime I go to the toilet and nobody else is there. gym today too, even though I'm sore.

    .

Umm its a thought, but they are to my office - so might look a triffle silly. :rotfl: But might have a bit of a walk this evening as am working from home and won't have to drive home for an hour and a half.

Think thats teh problem with me - I have to drive to work, then i have a desk job and then back again. Its not helped with the being active. :( Excuses excuses I know.
