    No, not cutting calories drastically. I have loads of time, so just cutting down slowly. Meant to anyway! It hasn't happened today! Having fahjeetas tonight, so hopefully that will Kick start me!

    No jo.. have a good rest and no stress about diet or exercise. just try and relax and forget about eating or anything.. its your bodys way of telling you that youneed to slow down and rest..

    im totally zonked out. feel the need to eat and just sleep. hope everyone is ok. get well soon Jo. x

    Forgive me for I have sinned....I went to zumba tonight then stopped to buy some skimmed milk, bananas and soap on the way home. Somehow a Dark Kit Kat found it's way into my basket and now it's shiny wrapper (empty now) is looking at me and making me feel very bad :o

    Jo - sounds like you're just overdoing things and your body's getting stressed even if you don't consciously feel it. Give yourself a few 'me' days and try to relax. Hot baths, hot chocolate, a good book...and a bad man ;)

    Well I had a mixed day. Had a mini raisin swirl, and half a small pecan pie from Pauls. Bloody people at work bringing things in! (Ok - I admit.. it was me!)

    Then sushi for lunch from Wasabi.

    BUT - then things improved. Did an hour of personal trainer, pretty intense cardio and weights, then went to the movies. Probably too late for dinner now, so I will try to resist a snack before bed... but am a little hungry so maybe a quick toast.

    morning all..

    hope everyones ok? i am still tired and grumpy that i cant go to the gym at lunch. grrrr

    eatings been ok-ish but also bad-ish... i am glad i went to that LBT class yesterday as the cover teacher killed us but today my abs hurt!! i love the abs pain ONLY!! i wish she can come back as she was great!! apart from that passed through Paul's too and had a palmier with tea and now i wish i hadnt. not like i can go to the gym and do something can i today? grrr bad Rupi..

    Hope everyones feeling a bit better today. Ihad a bad start but i hope i can be better today. this new job is draining me (in a good way of course) and i still need a holiday (no days left over whatsoever). sob sob

    kmmr i wish i had a personal trainer now!! even workign out a session every 2 weeks wouldnt kill right? mmm maybe i have hope? i dont knw. im confused and tired! :p

    Morning all!

    It's a little quieter for me work-wise, so I'm happy to be able to pop in here again! Sorry to hear you're feeling tired and grumpy, Rups. I'm a bit grumpy too - I strained my calves quite badly on the weekend (pushing myself too hard in Shred!), so exercise is off the agenda for a little while, which is winding me up. Stupid tendons... Grrr...

    I can't be too grumpy though - according to the scales this morning I've lost another pound, so that makes 12 in total so far. :)

    oh no ms.. sorry about that. just stretch them all the time.. poor you. i hate that pain. was thinking whether to do shred today as well as am missing gym but still dont have weights. am a bit annoyed at OH today as was supposed to go to his comedy thing tomorrow but he has asked me not to as he wants to take his friend. am i being silly? i am having pms right now though! i am thinking of not going with him ever again though. feel used. lol. as i go with him and film him while hes performing! im annoyed!
