I'm ok Rups. Just a bit disheartened that all the effort has come to nothing. I may as well have spent the last 6 months eating cakes for all the good its done. Still, the important thing is that the dress fits and it'll look ok.
So, back to interval training in the gym - total killer, then some abs, strength and then I tried the upper body workout on the vibro plate thingy. I'm not a fan but the tricep dips really hurt so i'll keep on with it.

oh code that would have been funny. not!!! i have to still pay the dj.. grrr. he wont even get back in touch as he is so damn busy.
just been tired i think, since everyday has been a mad day. even going to my mums tonight to pick up some invites as i did a boo boo and made a mess whilst ordering. havent told OH otherwise another arguement. oops.. i have no energy to argue so will have to manually sort those invites out.. silly me. my heads not with it. tomorrow i will go for a swim and try andb e good with gym. eatings been ok today.. just need the exercise. grrrBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Well I was watching the top gear episode where they act as drivers for a wedding, and of course it all goes wrong! So I dreamt that I didn't have a car to get me there, and Best Man forgot to pick up OH! We got there two hours late, and had missed the whole thing! The photographer had taken photos and gone, and we had to quickly rush through it in 5mins! I then wanted to do the whole thing again properly! Lol!:T0

Feeling pleased with myself today.... have been very good so far - yes I know its only 5pm, but am trying to motivate myself to continue. This is my 1st proper day on a diet ever... so am quite impressed I've done this well.
Only a small achievement I know, but its a start. :rotfl:0 -
Okay, so I've counted calories for the first time in ages today.
b - 2 slices of toast with a scraping of PB - 230 cals
l - 2 wheetabix with skimmed milk - 195 cals
s - vanilla yogurt - 91 cals
t - crispy chicken with baked beans - 416 cals, raspberries - 20 cals, half a kit kat - 53.5
Total: 1005.5 cals
I think my aim for the next couple of weeks is to stay within the 1000-1200 cals range, and see where it goes. I'm pretty pleased with today thoughBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Code...what are your exercises for bingo wings? I'm doing various things with the weights at the gym that are meant to be working my upper arns, and also the top of my back, and I know about doing dips (hate them with a passion!). Anything else you can recommend?0

Tricep dips (evil things), tricep kickbacks (bend over so your top half is parallel with the floor, bend your arms so the weights are against your body and raise them backwards, pause and return to your sides again), lying on the bench with arms extended over your head, weights towards the floor and raise so your arms are straight (ouch), pushups, pushups with arms closer to the body and something pushy with a machine, ooh and an exercise I learned at callanetics. Stand with your legs shoulderwidth apart, pelvis tilted slightly forward. Raise your arms out to the side and twist so your palms are facing behind you and up towards the ceiling. Bring your arms in a big circle behind your back, keeping them as high and close to your body as you can without bending your upper body. Try to get your thumbs to touch by moving them together (you wont be able to, and you should just use small movements). Do this 100 times.
Oh and shovelglove (but waving a sledgehammer around isn't for everyone).
Today I've been good. Gym, diet (turned down the yummy cakes brought in for someone's birthday). I am about to tuck into pepperoni pizza but i burned off all todays calories already.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
