You are so supportive of your OH, Rups, so I understand why you'd feel a bit put out. But why don't you look at it as a chance for some 'me' time – eg a yummy dinner plus a girly movie followed by a long soak in a bubble bath!0

Morning ladies. I'm a bad codemonkey!!! I've eaten loads of stuff and now I have to decide whether to go for a run later on or to rest as my shins hurt really badly and I'm worried about shinsplints. If I do go out I'll have to remember to follow the RICEM thing afterwards.
Totally aching, cause I told my zumba instructor about the wedding and asked for arm work and that's exactly what she gave us.
Jo, I was feeling horribly sick last night too (so was H2B). He made me a plate of pasta and I had about 3 bites and couldn't eat any more then I went to bed and felt like I was going to be sick. Hope you're feeling better today.

Rups, you can always use tins of beans or waterbottles. I might join you doing the shred. At least that way I get some cardio in.

yes i hate PMS. i swear all my rational thinking goes out of the window. now OH wont chat to me as i told him i was annoyed at him. oops...
i tried using beans cans, but they were too light.hehe. i use weights all the time in pump and have just increased the weight so beans didnt help.will try a bottle or two if i can. yeay lets do shred tonight then. at least its something hey?

Know what you mean about the tins of beans being too light - I'm working with 4kg weights, and I think I need to move up to the 6kg ones and my home weights aren't as heavy, but I figure its better than nothing. Maybe you could use big juice bottles or something.
Been using the vibroplate at the gym for the upper body workout and I have to say I'm noticing a difference. My triceps feel a bit more toned.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

its some new treatment which is painless and burns fat through laser. they said on the leaflet that once u have a few sessions or whatever, you have to maintain it via exercise so i said i dont have a prob with that! am going to try the 20 mins session on my belly. heheBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
