    ooh nice. :) i thought it could have been the sports bar as there is one in Marylebone, where I work and they do amazing fish finger sandwiches. :)

    Nah, it was a bit rubbish actually. It was down on the menu as a "Posh fish finger sandwich", but it was three Bird's Eye fish fingers jammed between two slices of bog-standard white bread. Oddly, they shoved a leaf of lettuce on that and stuck on another piece of bread on top (kind of like an untoasted club sandwich). But I didn't eat the extra slice. :D

    Rups, bear in mind that your body will still be burning extra calories following the exercise, so the monster munch isn't so bad.

    Not had a fish finger sandwich in years because I am allergic to fish.

    Another hour in the gym, and increased my run by 3 minutes. Then banana and crisp roll for lunch.

    here are me and ms discussing fish finger sandwiches. haha. they are yum though. shame you are allergic to fish:(

    the circuits class has killed me. we ran quite a bit and managed to go round the stations once as there were loads of them. im exhausted now. people always go to the pub but i just want to go home after work. :( what are everyones weekend plans?

    Code, I envy your commitment. Every morning I say I'll do something active during my lunchbreak, and so far no good. Hey, maybe I'll save that for the inevitable dieting plateau that will come my way!

    oh im dreading that. OH is not happy to have a prof photographer as its out of our budget.:( sad but as long as i get married now, i dont care.. Ok i care just a bit hehe. Am sorting out info what the invites and counting. I hope we get those sorted. I need a holiday!
