Just logged another hour and 5 minutes in the gym - 33 minutes on the treadmill, rowing, strength and abs. Burned off over 400 calories on the equipment that counts calories. Now going to have porridge with skimmed milk, raisins and bananas.

Hey well done you... I really wish I could get to the gym at lunchtime as would then be motivated to go.

I am now back on the straight and narrow after my week away... Fingers crossed I can stay motivated:)

You and me both Hadley. Let's try to keep each other on the straight and narrow.

Well done Codemonkey. I am really impressed with your exercising commitment! Hadley, don't worry, I have also put on the weight that I took off (by being on leave for a couple of weeks!) I also had a terrible day on Saturday (went to cinema) and also cheesecake on Friday, so had to have an n day yesterday. We called it psunday! Also going out tues night.... Oh dear...,

Codemonkey, you are very inspiring, I have to say. I consider my 20-30 mins of Wii Zumba every night an achievement.

How did everyone manage over the weekend? I always find them the hardest days of the week. I went over my cal limit both days, but then did more exercise to make up for it. (MyFitnessPal lets you 'eat' your exercise calories burned - handy!) Seems to be working, as I hopped on the scales this morning and I lost three pounds last week. A minor miracle! :D

Jo, you know you're not supposed to replace s and n days? something to do with habit formation and not punishing yourself. Weekend s days are sacred and can't be changed.

I did eat my body weight in haribo at the weekend and polished off a massive bar of milk daim in about 5 minutes. Oops. And a half pizza and chips yesterday, followed by chocolate ice cream. Please Oink at me.

I won't oink! That's just rude! I will waggle my finder disapprovingly though! Well it was just fairly bad. And I am going out on Tuesday so will have 'sweet' then and won't replace. On sat I had a whole bag of revels! The share bag! So it was psunday! And I feel much better for it! And I get to have stueday tomorrow!

You may. However, I have worked out that I have probably burned more calories than I have consumed today which means from now until dinner, I am burning fat.

Wow codemonkey, now that is an achievement! Well done! :)

Johanna, I'm with you on the self-depriving of Cadbury's treats. A work colleague has brought in three bags of evil temptation (ie chocolate munchies of all shapes and sizes) from her trip to Australia. And she's left them on the desk next to mine! I haven't succumbed so far though...
