    it IS hard isnt it? I am hungry too but am trying to wait.. :-( its not fair, is all i can say.. i thought eating granola with yoghurt and mixed berries would keep me full but nope, i am getting hungry now. The Belvitas are def good. :) have to get some more

    Hi codemonkey - argh, the dreaded bingo wings. Mine are full-on batwings at the moment. I'm hoping they retreat a bit over time, and once I'm a bit fitter I'll be getting the Davina DVD. Another friend of mine (a busy non-gym-going mum) is looking amazing recently, very toned etc, and puts it all down to Davina. :)

    Rups, so sorry to hear that about Rigby & Peller - I thought they were meant to be the bee's knees! Maybe Bravissimo will be better for you - they've been v helpful whenever I've been in their stores.

    ermmy arms are nasty that when i wear strapless dresses (and its rare), they just look so yuck that i cover them with my hair. Thats why i hope the body pump will help bt i think i need do it more. :(

    ah i have the davina dvd but have lent it to somoene as she annoyed me in it lol

    hmm yeah will see if R&P can change the size otherwise will return it and go to bravisimo. missions!!!

    Ha, I am quite stubborn, so imagining someone else yelling at me won't really work! I tend to do opposite of what told! I have managed to convince myself I don't like chocolate through just saying it. And when being offered food etc I say I am not hungry. It does tend to work. I have a photo in my wallet of me at my 'ideal' size, so if I want food u will just look at that. I then know that it is possible because I used to be that size!

    yeah jo, when OH tells to stop at 2 glasses of wine, i hate that, so i drink more.. it doesnt work to my benefit though. :(

    hmmm i have to find a pic too of when i was slimmer. i keep saying to myself to picture a slim celebrity but that doesnt work when i see food. lol

    I find celebs unrealistic, I will never look like that, but I will look like this etc. Just ha lunch, sandwich and skips, but want more! Something sweet! NO!

    hope everyone is full with their lunches? :0)

    I ended up buying a basque from my fav bravisimo. they were so much friendlier and even said if i pass the date of return (as my fitting is next month) then i can still return it. i recommend that shop as they are slightly cheaper there too. :0) I need to eat before i faint now.
