    hehe. ive done that too and then felt bad. haha

    ohh had my meeting with my new manager and met my new team. :0) i am still downstairs till the 5th of August, but i get to go and see my new clients in Macclefield on Monday and have 2 training days, so the girl who is leaving can train me in something little. :0) yay

    Wedding booked next year - diet starts now! Always been a big girl, been with my fella 14 years - he has seen me through my skinnier days and big days - infact i have doubled my body weight..... (major stress as dad died) - but i have a wedding to look forward too- and i know i won't get to a size 10 in 13 months but as long as i enjoy the day and feel better about myself - thats a start right? Day 2 of my diet... and so far so good. Just think wedding :-) xxx

    Its too late for me now so have to eat good and avoid bad temptation. if i crave it, then i will have it but in moderation :0) i know some people its rubbish, but i do have abig frame, so even if i wanted to look Kylie Minogue-slim, i cant. lol

    Ah well I can't even use that as an excuse Rups! I use to be a healthy size 8, so if I fail it is down to my own laziness!! Welcome publunch!

    Hello publunch. Come and join us. I'm codemonkey and I live in the gym. Just trying to blitz a few more pounds before my fitting in 4.5 weeks. I'm doomed to be a womanly bride, just hoping I can tone up a bit more.

    Same as you Rups. Even if I never ate again, i still wouldn't be Kylie skinny. If I was a female wrestler i wouldnt be a diva.

    Hi publunch! Join the club. I've been at little as a 10 (and an 8 in one pair of particularly tight jeans), but was far too thin for my frame (l was quite unwell at the time), and my current size is 20. My OH's been with me through both (and every size in between). Am hoping to get back to a healthy weight, and stay there. Fitting into The Dress is pretty good incentive so far! :D

    i have never been a size 8 (ok maybe in kenya) as we were exposed to chocolates and crisps less but after moving here after the death of my dad, and finding the kingdom of chocolates etc, i went mad hehe. I was still active at uni, but it was after my meningitis, that i flared up and then now after that damn implant..:(. Sometimes I do think that maybe i should eat healthy and just love my body for what it is, but then i always find this and that wrong with it.. i want a flat belly more than anything first!!! lol

    I'm back guys - I'm doing so badly.... :(

    b - 2 slices of granary toast
    l - two biscuits with cheese, a banana, low fat yogurt and 1 small fairy cake.
    s - rocky bar
    t - chicken soup, 2 slices of bread, small slice of tea loaf.

    I need to do better, much better!
