Codemonkey I occasionally do the same (binning crisps) so don't worry too much about it! I just try not to make a habit out of it!

That is such a cool pressie for your OH! I wish I could do something like that, but OH has no real idols. He doesn't like sports (thank god!), or any movie stars/ tv stars etc! He doesn't even read! Or have a fav band (well that are alive!) This makes him seem really bland! Whoops! He is into science (is a scientist at heart), but have no idea what to do with that!!?!

I am a little unsure if a letter from Stephen Hawkins would be possible....! N he has gone off Richard Dawkins (besides he used to see him round Oxford all the time, so wudnt really be special). Bang goes the theory just isn't scientific enough for him... U no ppl worry that their OH will leave them for a supermodel lookalike, I worry he will leave me for contestant on university challenge!! Lol!

LOl you girls are so funny. Sometimes i do wish OH was a bit nerdy. he is far too nosey and observant. lol. he loves his wrestling and football though. Thank god i like that too otherwise we would be always arguing. hehe that is so coool though. So codemonkey you wrote to them asking them to email your OH or something? That is soooo cool!!! :0)

Well when I say throw half away I mean scoff most of the packet and then feel guilty and bin the rest before I can think about finishing them!!

i cant waste my precious crisps.. lol. my friend who is on the GI diet, always watched the packets and said squares has the lowest fat content. lol. she has no choice but to be on the GI diet as she is diabetic. she is so slim as well. I thought by reading the calories content, i was doing better, but clearly not!
