I have to add a yoghurt on to my dinner list yesterday. I didn't need it, so why did I have it?!? Will try and do 5 mins skipping again today. Mmm double-decker... I LOVE those! Oh wait, I don't like chocolate during the week. Damn! ;)

Codemonkey with all the exercise you are doing you must be burning more than you are eating. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Not so sure about that, but its done now. A yogurt is ok as long as it would have fitted on a plate with your dinner.

Anyway, today is a new day. Acidophilus seems to be helping because my tummy is flatter. Fibre hasnt had any bad effects yet.

ohh Jo, be careful of the skipping ifyour knee hurts. my physio had said it had a bad impact on the knee. they made me jump on the trampoline though and thats prob bettr than skipping. Havent done any more skipping since last week but did body attack today and i am aching esp my bum! :-(

my only downfall yesterday was the kiwi cookie! :0)

Rups you've done Body attack already?

Acidophilus is a bacteria culture thing similar to the live yogurt drinks you get and it encourages friendly bacteria in your tummy. You get it in milk and yogurt formats but I picked up the pills at the weekend and so far, I'm impressed.

Yeah, my knee is really hurting today. I may see if I can find the money to go to the hydrotherapy spa pool this evening or tomorrow. There is no exercise that I can do!!! Agh!!! I am trying to be good!

oh no jo. dont skip then as you will damage your knee. try those knee exercises at home (google them) as they really help and get some voltarel gel as they have diclofenac and that wil help a bit.

Hey there, do you mind if I join in? I've been lurking on this thread for a while as a fellow dieter, so thank you for some of the tips and ideas. You inspired me to buy Wii Zumba Fitness, and it's great! Much more fun than Wii Fit. I'm also walking tons (well, for me anyway) - did 4 miles last weekend and 4 miles the weekend before that. Am also using MyFitnessPal to track my calories and exercise (would highly recommend it).

So - if you don't mind me asking - what's everyone's goals, and how are you getting on?

I'm hoping to lose three stone, and drop two dress sizes, by the end of May 2012 (so about a pound a week). I've been dieting for two weeks properly (after a month of panic eating about dieting!) and have lost six pounds so far. :)

Hello msshopper, how are you? Wow you are doing good, as walking (they say) is a very good exercise too. I like walking but for me if i dont go to the gym then i feel i havent done my exercise. hehe.

for me, i gain, i lose. Mainly gain but now as i have a few weeks left, i feel i will try and eat as healthily as i can and exercise. :-) what diet are you on if u dont mind me asking? :)

Hi! Of course you can, the more the merrier! I tried to use the cal counter, but I found I just wasn't using it! And I would lie to it!

I am hoping to loose around 1.5 stone, or 1 and a half dress sizes by the end of October 2012, so I have plenty of time! I am struggling with the exercise atm tho, but have just made plans to go to the spa pool tonight. (that's kind of exercise yeah?!?)

I am adding wii Zumba to my love film list! Everyone says good things about it!
