    Help! Totally craving chocolate. What do you think the chances of losing weight through eating normally and exercising is?

    realisitcally i think that is the best way as you eat normally, yet you are exercising. like the gym guy said to me, eat healthily (and he encourages snacking to keep sugar levels at bay) and then he said exercise and then try and reduce calories. For me he said if i exercised 3 times a week, and ate well, i should reduce calories from 2000 to 1600 or 1700. This is to lose weight. He calculated it according to my height, fat etc etc..

    Tbh i agree with the eating little but often. I just had a problem with eating more and often and im trying to control that now. :0)

    I make sure i eat brekkie and then a snack before gym ( i forgot one today as those belvitas kept me going) and then when i got back from the gym, i was famished and had all those things i listed and just had that cookie (oops) and also 2 clementines. By the time i get home i know i will starve but i will try and have 2 glasses of water before hand and then eat. :(

    I take the opinion that I shouldn't start a diet I would be unable to stick to FOREVER! That's y the no s is good for me. I will start to do a bit of exercise when knee is sorted, but won't be able to keep up more than three times a week! When ur gets nearer the time if I need to I will do the 30 day shred as a kick up the a**!

    I'm in a bit of a quandry. My dress fits. I want to lose the bingo wings and the belly but I don't want the dress to need too many alterations. What to do.

    I guess I could adapt no s to allow one treat a day, but who knows if I could stop at 1.


    Arggggh, why am I doing this? I know I need to be good and I still have tantrums.

    Well done Jo. Apparently 10 minutes of skipping burns 100 calories.

    Well, I failed on the diet yesterday. Got the bus home and fell asleep, then when I got home, I was so tired and had a headache so I had to go to bed. When I woke up I was so hungry, I couldn't take the husks and I had some crisps while I waited for my dinner. Then as I'd been bad, I had a double Decker too. Headslap.

    I will be good today. I will. Shovelglove is done for the day, gym at lunchtime and zumba tonight.
