    i hate the state of feeling so hungry that you keep thinking of what to eat next. i had a bun with cheese and pickle and yoghurt and i was still hungry, so i ate a banana. i was still hungry and i am having wasabi peas now! i want morrrreee!!

    will do codemonkey. thanks ;-) ewwww... well done for going to the gym. after body attack, my ankle feels slightly weird so am trying to stretch it under my desk.

    Jo, you are very good. At home I have a few naughty things but its for guests (my excuse) because when we have someone for a cup of tea, i find we dont have biscuits or anything as we have eaten them. lol

    10 more minutes. I have to say, I'm not ravenous yet. So far, so good.

    Real test will be when I get home. We have all kinds of junk food, because I've discovered if its not there, I think about it more.

    This is theone i was chatting about. she hadnt met her hubby and they got married over the post (if that makes sense)? shes just so bad at looking at her phone and then yesterday when we FINALLY spoke, she said she has no probs organising the spa part of the hen do (which i would like) but if i wanted to go for pole-dancing or burlesque lessons, does that mean she wont come? grrrrr
