Sure, but no mocking.
Diet: no s plan. No snacks, no sweets, no seconds except on days beginning with s.
Gym: 5 days a week, 30 minutes of cardio, 15 strength, 15 abs, except Wednesdays when I will just do cardio due to lack of time and late working.
Shovelglove: 14 minutes of shovelling, churning butter, chopping wood and the movement with no name with a sledgehammer. Preferably before work and only on n days.
Zumba: hour class on Tuesday. Will do wii zumba when I have spare time/energy.
Everyday gets marked on a calendar - green for success (i've done my gym session/shovelglove/diet), red for failure, yellow for s days and I'm thinking of an amber for days when I fail for reasons outwith my control (lunch meeting, injury, etc)Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Rups, my wedding is in 2 months, or less than 9 weeks, or 62 days. Nobody has rsvp'd. Apparently I should be using my psychic bride powers to just know who is attending. No wonder I want to eat cakes.
Rups, I think your sisters service is a good reason to eat.
Know what you mean about the favours. We have massive bags of haribo and I keep looking at them. Might have to get h2b to hide them.
So far, I'm full and I haven't even eaten yet.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

Are you feeling any better ellay?
Well, yesterday I had an active day. Went shopping with my mum for her mob outfit and as she isn't in the best of health, we went around the shop and she pointed out things she liked, so I took them to the fitting room for her, then made her the on another outfit that she wasn't keen on but it looked amazing on so sh bought that. Then I needed to find an outfit for a wedding I was going to yesterday and I found a really cute dress. my instinct was to pick up large, but I got the medium and went to try it on and it was too big! I bought a small for the first time in years. I want to frame the label.
Anyway, back on the diet and exercise wagon from tomorrow. I'm determined to get rid of the bingo wings.
Hey well done you ... all teh hard work is paying off:T0 -

Hi Rups - hope the memorial was ok. Have to go through my dad's bits and pieces but not looking forward to it.
Codemonkey - thanks for sharing your plan - you have inspired me to get off my b** and do something! Just need to be careful and avoid temptation as off this week.0 -
Morning Hadley, how was your weekend?
My sisters memorial was ok thanks. it was just so busy as we went and prepared the food and then made sure guests were fed after the prayers. we normally have a memorial 11 months after the person has passed away so her actualy date is next month. :-( it was really sad as my mum was very sad and some of our indian women (older ones esp) made her cry even more as they say comments like 'oh hw sad is this that a mother hold a memorial for her daughter and it should be the other way round?' i wanted to kill them but let it be.. my sis was only 37. :-( my fmil was sat next to me in the temple and she was really sweet as i felt really sad.
but i ate rubbish and then at my cousin's 40th part yest, i ate more rubbish. :0( my weekends are always out of control. i am so much better during the week. how was ur weekend? i better bok my gym classes now.. :0)Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Had the tablets, then waited for almost an hour before eating. I'm a bit worried I might end up spending the day on the loo though.
I've been so greedy and lazy over the past 2-3 weeks, I really need to stop it. Seeing my friend all lovely in her dress without even a suggestion of bingo wings has really made me worry about how bad I might look.
Oooh Hadley, being off is a killer. I usually end up doing anything not to be in the kitchen. Having said that I think its ok to go easy on yourself when you're on holiday.
Rups can I come to your wedding? The food and favours sound awesome.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
yes come along hon. :-) the more the merrier. hehe. ah if he husks things work for you, then i will get them too. the weird thing over the weekend was, that weirdly i didnt really have an appetite but i ate for the sake of it, and loads too. i am such a pig!
ive booked my clases. now i have to force myself. if i get lazy, please feel free to tell me off and tell me to go! :0) xxBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

The food really does sound awesome!
Being off really is a killer! on Friday I made cake!! I mean it was fat free but that's no excuse!! It's still sweet!
Codemonkey, you will not look bad! You have already put in so much work, don't give up now just think of it as a final push. You could always try one of those clay wraps if it is just one area you are worried about anyway.:T0
