Oooh I just discovered Squeak shares a birthday with none other than.. Mr Obama.. I may send him a birthday card... ;).. Having just released his birth certificate as 'proof' he was born in the US.. though I reckon it is because he is 50 this year and wants presents!

Having shared that snippet of trivia I know you are all delighted to share.. I am away to my nest xx

Valli.. hope the beasts get back safe and sound, have had a fabulous time.. and you will get public hugs from both.. and that laundry hamper.. it'll be overflowing!

    That'd be me.. lol..

Kitchen sink and worksurface and dining table.. you can prepare and eat food without bacteria infestations!
    Toilets, bath and hand basin.
Stairs clear vacuming isn't vital but safety first..
Keep your chair clear and have a table to hand for necessary cuppas.

Try to do at least 1 load of washing a day.. just to keep abreast of some of it.. older children (above 2!) can fill and empty into a basket.. ironing is for idiots.. don't do it!

Daddies are capable of vacuuming.. it might not be up to your standard but it'll get done.

Kick all the stuff in the front room into a corner once the children are in bed and have a clearish floor.. just safe to walk on without tripping is fine.

And don't be afraid to ask visitors to do a bit.. they can make themselves and you a cuppa, do you and the children a sandwich, nip to shop for bits and pices.

    Morning All

I'm going to do a couple of HHC before work and that may well be all I get round to today as I have a staff meeting tonight until about 5 and then DS has his swimming lesson at 6.30 so I'll be lucky to be in the house for an hour before I have to go out again.

SSL - Good Luck - you'll wow them

    Have a good day all

    Morning,
WM on. Cat food down. DH has been for bike ride (more washing). DM up.
Taking DM back to Liverpool this morning then carrying on to Ike@ and C0stc0.
Home then to tackle the lists. Also have lots of plants to put in the garden which we got from PILs garden.
Also have to make a chocolate traybake for tomorrow's 'tea and cake' party in the road. Not really looking forward to it, but as it's not until tomorrow I won't think about it until then.
    Back later
