I ask you! DD got a new camera for her birthday for the trip - and took the wrong charger.
DS has left the charger plug for the I pod in the USA 'I thought I'd packed it' 'think yourself lucky - some kids left i-pods'. Did NONE of them think to CHECK the rooms as they left?
WM 1 one on line 1 in and my testing lady will be here shortly with washing stuff to test - tols her to get it to me toute suite as I am busy washing. And I've to traipse to Holme Pierpont later so DD cn go waterskiing with her cousin for her birthday...will be passing close to i**a

Slowly working my way through my weekly list, you can now at least see the spare bed - even if you can't get to it yet! When we moved house everyhting from the attic was put into the spare room for sorting, only problem is that I've been so busy with other things I hadn't got round to finishing the sorting and putting away:o
Yesterday we went to pick up the kids glass coasters that they made - they look really good!
Wednesday - Sitting Room and Hallway

That's what happened with mine nixie... I had a mammogram due to family history, but trust me (and I'm sure other's will agreepaulies_nixie wrote: »Just thought I'd pop on and let you know how it went at the docs - I know some of you are as soft as me and worry about folk, even if you've never met em
Well in short ... the damn lumpy dissapeared today! Doc couldnt find it!
Day before yesterday it was baked bean size.
Anyhoo she agreed with me, that it's probably hormonal, have to wait and see till after AF's been but she thinks it'll dissapear or perhaps come back next month for the same amount of time. if I'm worried to go back, but she thinks it's fine and the misscarriages might just have caused me to have "active br3@sts" ohhhhkay then, never heard of that. Hope it's gone for good.

) you're not missing out there... just remember (all of you) to check regularly. I used to wonder what the point was as I wasn't sure I notice any difference, but everyone I've spoken to agrees that when something is there, its obvious.
Feeling highly unmotivated. Need to get the study sorted and the house in order. Also need to book taxis for next week's work travel and see whether I can get the lawnmower working (if not, i'll need to borrow one). Still have some planting to do, and need to pack for the week...0 -
Wretched offspring do that, Valli but I do see DS's point about the charger - although I would add my DD is no better - she didn't forget her iPod touch, she put it in her bag with a bottle of milkshake instead. The bottle leaked and the iPod died a permanent death.
DD went to bed at a reasonable time and had breakfast before she left this morning - why oh why couldn't the consultant chuck in a 'tidy your room' instruction at the same time?
Waiting for my new lightweight upright vacuum cleaner to arrive, grumbling watching the tracking and knowing it should update in the next half hour, as that is the time he always delivers round here. Going to leave the cylinder cleaner upstairs where it's a bit cramped and use the new one downstairs as that's all open plan (and I'm finding it harder to drag around down here).
Also taught the ratbags that their litter tray has been moved downstairs into the shower room. They seem to have grasped the concept fairly well - except when one of them thought she would use it when the back door was open in preference to behind the shed. What they don't realise is that they are going to have to ask for the shower room door to be opened in the evenings (they will be shown the back door if they ask during the day) as part of the long term strategy to ask to be let out, thus releasing me from the horrors of the litter tray of doom. Wondered why I didn't get woken up at 4 in the morning - his lordship would have had to go downstairs for his excavation session, so that's a bonus for a start. :j
Must shift myself and get some sweeping done at the very least, plus a few million items of clothing to fold.
Think I might have another cuppa first, though.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

Morning all,
I've sorted the rabbits out and done some work and that's about all i've done so far today.
I'm off for a shower and then i'll make a start on the flying.0 -
Ask next time whether it would make a differenceJojo_the_Tightfisted wrote: »DD went to bed at a reasonable time and had breakfast before she left this morning - why oh why couldn't the consultant chuck in a 'tidy your room' instruction at the same time?
I'm sure the consultant would be sympathetic... 0 -
Morning all
Hugs/Spoons/Sicks to all who need or want them
Nixie So please that the lump turned out to be nothing.
My two are exactley the same Valli always leaving the world at their @r$e and expecting me to fix it. Though DD swears the Iphone got up and walked out of her bag, charges are always having to be replaced and DD is constantly loosing everything from footballs to clothes.
OH is off up north to his friends today so they can make an early start tomorrow on the coast to coast ( he shoulder is suprisingly better today). DS dad is here tomorrow to pick him up for the weekend, so then it will just be DD, me and dogbot.
My feeling like carp today as I did too much yesterday so I may spread todays list over the next couple of days.
Im going to to a HHC at 11:30 If anyone fancy's joining in"Let your boat of life be light, pack only what you need- A homely home and simple pleasures, one or two friends worth the name, someone to love and someone who loves you, a cat, a dog, a pipe or two enough to eat, enough to wear and a little more than enough to drink, as thirst is a dangerous thing" Jerome k. Jerome0 -
I'll join you in another HHC happier - I managed to do a sort of 27 fling boogie around the house, and filed the important documents from our holiday (including marriage certificate) in the last one. I should strike whilst the iron is hot still.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170
