Well, the kitchen is looking better, and smells cleaner than it has in a long time... though DH has just bumbled absent-mindedly into the kitchen (he is working at home today). "Something smells nice! Been cooking?"
????????
Yeah - my speciality of the house: 'Gateau au sirop de Cif et bleach':cool::cool:
<Inserts imaginary shrugging smiley here... I really miss that emoticon.....>
Just glugging my tea, then off to finish cleaning and start some cooking. Fairy Liquid cakes, maybe, this time....?

Thanks everyone for the hugs and advice, you really are my lifeline at times. nobody to talk to really in RL. I did try and talk to his parents but to be honest they where more interested in who was going to the house at the beach. I can't really blame them there in there 70's and don't need the stress. I think he has already been down complaining about my moods, it's simple really if he helps i won't be in a mood. Then everyone's happy...:rotfl:
There going away tomorrow and thursday so that leaves hubby to have it easy, no-one to push him except me. We'll just have to see if he'll pull his weight. If he does nothing then i'm heading to my sisters and i really couldn't see me coming back. He'll learn yet but i can't teach him. Hopefully my talk this morning has made things alot clearer to him. I've told him that when he needs me even if it's 3 in the morning and i'm exhaused, i'm still there for him. I get up and sit and talk things through until a time that he's past his dark place and that all i'm asking from him is a little bit of help and support. I really hope he pulls through for me because when things are good there great but when there bad it's hell to be honest. If i do end up leaving i'm really lossing my best friend.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -

Piggers Squeak is adorable.
Vanilla ((((Hugs)))) to you seems you have taken a lot on your shoulders, there is little to add to the wise words of the others. Please remember that you need to be taking care of you in all this and speak to his parents.
Well another late start here as I was up till 4/5ish. Ive got OH off with a pulled muscle in his shoulder you'd think he was dying (if only he'd do it quietly. :rotfl::rotfl:

OK, he has MH problems, but he must accept that in return for your support he needs to do as much as he can to support you.
I would have thought that he would want to do that without being told.

The kitchen is now clean and sparkling! DH had better notice! (He'll probably just notice that the bbq grill is now in his way instead of mine). It's taken all morning, but I feel very rewarded.
Now to tackle the real work of the day........0 -
Hi HappierDays - I'm taking a breather at 12:15 after three-quarters of an hour....
Have
* Strained lamb stock, frozen and disposed of bones
* Made a pan of sticky ribs for tonight
* Make a pan of moussaka sauce wioth the remains of the lamb.
* Wiped up and washed up afterwards
* Wiped the table
Just got to assemble the moussakas (for tomorrow night - but I'm working tomorrow), then I think I want to hoover everywhere around the kitchen (beams, sills, walls, floor) before lunch, and that's all I can manage for today - run out of time!
Back to it then, until finished: realistically that won't be till 1:15pm when I have lunch with DH.
