agreed. I personally use T&M anyway tried this glitch on the offchance fully expecting a cancelation email but nothing so far

Spoke to them today, because some of the items I bought, and paid for last month, and were supposed to arrive by the end of April, hadn't. They said they had been delayed because of the Easter weekend (amazing how companies are surprised to find Christmas is in December, and Easter in April !) and the goods would be arriving in "a week or 2", but immediately offered 20% discount because of the delay.

I think they will probably honour seeds up to a value of £5.99, as it said on the leaflet, but I'm not so sure about the £20 collections! I also mentioned to them that 4 plants out of a fucshia collection of 10 plants had died, and they're going to replace the whole collection.

Very good customer service, and excellent service, as always, from Claire, who should be our Queen of Glitches!!!! :A :A :A

Received 2x fucshias begonias and petunias today after using the glitches and grabits on here. Now just waiting for the window box and the geraniums to arrive.

I think to start with you had to put a cheap item in your basket to get free seeds, then someone said it still worked if you took the item out again and just left the seeds. Also, it only worked on one pack or set of seeds per order - i actually ordered a couple of other cheap packs of seeds at the same time, as i was getting one set free and free P&P, maybe others did the same.

Yes - I ordered something else for £3 or so. That was what was debited.

I also ordered something for £4.99 and that's been debited. On tenterhooks now, it's like waiting to see if Santa is going to come.
