    Phew just used it a week or two ago, must have changed since then! Wasn't taking advantage since I have ordered from them for years and got lots of full price items & delivery :)

    To be fair I've ordered from them too and fro the in-laws so whilst I was looking for bargains I was also shopping. i hope they take this on board when they look at forums and to be fair I had a free seed offer with the order form if I sent it by post but not if I went online and I'm an online shopper so they are still winning as far as I'm concerned. they are a good company and I hope they will indulge us the odd free packet of seeds or free p&p now and again

    I've also ordered often fron T&M often in the past and have always been happy with the products and delivery.
    I do think that by honouring this myself and many others will use them again, but if not it does sour any further use of the site

    Agreed, no sour grapes if they do cancel because I bet some people will have taken the mick. Besides it was a glitch.
